Shipping Policy

•Most orders received before 1PM will be shipped on the same day, if ordered products are in stock, and most orders received after 1PM will be sent the following business day.

•For a variety of reasons, inventory may not always be exact. If the ordered product is not available, we will contact you by email.

•Orders are not shipped on Saturday, Sundays, and holidays.

•Orders are shipped through Canada Post, FedEx, or Purolator, according to the chosen service provider. You will receive your tracking number when the shipping label is created.

•All orders that qualify for free shipping are sent through “Canada Post Expedited Parcel”, “FedEx Ground” or “Purolator Ground” at Baseball Town’s convenience. If you prefer to ship through a particular service provider, you must make your selection at checkout.

•Delivery restrictions may apply for select destinations.

•Baseball Town is not responsible for stolen packages once delivery has been completed by the carrier.

•Only “Canada Post Priority”, “Puro Express” or “FedEx Express” services are eligible for refunds if the delivery date is not respected. To request a shipping fee refund, simply send an email to info@baseballtown.ca with your order number and explain the situation. (Packages that incur delays due to the weather, mechanical delays, road closures, disruptions or natural disasters and so forth, situations beyond Canada Post, Purolator's or FedEx control, will not be refunded.) *Due to very high volumes, the carriers do not guarantee delivery time until further notice.

•We cannot guarantee an order delivery timeframe. Please consider any delivery time given to you by Canada Post, FedEx or Purolator as an estimate.

•If your order is delayed, please send an email to info@baseballtown.ca explaining the situation and we will contact the service provider.

•We urge you to place your order at an opportune time to avoid any delay related to the shipping service or product availability.

•The images on the website are provided by the suppliers. Some pictures may not be exact representations of the product. They are used for illustrative purposes only, so please refer to the description for product details.

Can I Return Any Product?

At large return policies:

•Baseballtown.ca does not currently offer exchanges.

•We accept returns on products within a 10-day period following the date of delivery.

•No refund on gift cards purchased online or in store.

•No refund on products purchased on presale. Delivery dates are approximate and not guaranteed. A number of factors beyond our control can cause delays in delivery.

•We accept returns on defective products (manufacturing defects) within a 10-day period following the date of delivery.

•We will refuse returns for which the items are not in their original state, packaging, or missing the original tags.

•No returns will be accepted on jocks or sliding shorts.

•Shipping costs paid by the customer on order are non-refundable.

•Returns generated by order errors committed by Baseball Town on delivery of mistaken products will also be accepted within a 10-day period following the date of delivery.

•If we made an error on your order, please contact us immediately at info@baseballtown.ca and we will assist you.

Return Fees

•All shipping fees generated by returns are the customer’s responsibility and will therefore be deducted from the refund.

•If your order was free of shipping costs, the return fee is $20 + taxes. ( Catcher's set and big items can cost more than 20$. Contact us to know the return cost)

•For customers who paid for shipping, the return fee will be of the identical amount.

•The original product box must be packaged for return. There will be an additional 25% fee if the box is damaged by tape.

How to Return Products

Free Returns in Store

You can return any item purchased on baseballtown.ca in a Baseball Town shop. Note that in-store returns on Saturday and Sunday will be refunded on the following Tuesday at the latest.

From Outside Canada

Ship items by USPS, paid for and send via insured ground shipping. Avoid unnecessary delays by writing clearly “Canadian Merchandise Return” on the package.

Do not return items via UPS or other couriers since customs fees or broker fees will be charged to you and the merchandise will be refused by Baseball Town.
