At PrimeKitchen, we accept returns within 30 days only in cases where the issue is caused by the seller.

Eligible return situations include:

•The package arrived damaged during shipping

•The item arrived damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging, in the same condition as received. Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds
