•Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days): $12.99

•Overnight Shipping (1 business day): $24.99

Shipping costs are calculated based on the total order value and the selected shipping method. International shipping rates vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take up to 3 business days.

Delivery Timeframes

Order Tracking

International Shipping

We cannot ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Certain products may have shipping restrictions due to regulations or product characteristics.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Address Changes

Return Shipping

How to Initiate a Return

•Provide your order number and reason for the return.

•Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return instructions.

•Pack the item(s) securely, including the RAN on the outside of the package.

•Ship the package to the address provided in the return instructions.

Exceptions

•Personalized or custom-made products are not eligible for return unless defective.

•Seasonal or discontinued items may be subject to different return conditions, which will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

•Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.

•We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

•In some cases, we may request photos of the damaged/defective item.

Exchange Policy

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

Refund Timeframe

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
