SAME-DAY DELIVERY

If your address is within our courier delivery area then an option will appear to select that service. Typically up to 20 miles from our store or warehouse. Once checkout completes our delivery team will coordinate any hand delivery requests and specific times that work.

STORE PICKUP

Choose one of our 2 locations to pick up your merchandise. Have your confirmation ready when you arrive.

USA SHIPPING

We offer Ground, Expedited 2nd Day, Next Day options all (excluding weekends). The price will vary depending on the items in your cart. We also offer free shipping when you meet a certain dollar threshold. Some discounts may disqualify free shipping offers. Please note all delivery times are based on weekdays and no holidays. For example, if you order 1-3 day shipping, and order on Wednesday, your order could arrive by Monday since weekends are not included in delivery times. If Monday falls on a holiday then delivery would be pushed to Tuesday if shipping company has special holiday restrictions.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Most products can be shipped anywhere in the world. They do not include any customs or duties unless clearly indicated. Each amount is different depending on your country. We have no control over that.

SHIPPING CUT OFF All products are shipped by 2pm eastern. If your order is placed after that time, you may pick up locally at our store, or call to see if there is still time.

Returns For sanitary reason and due to the nature of the items we sell, unfortunately all transactions are final. No refunds, returns or exchange.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable with management's discretion) Any item that is delivered damaged or with missing parts, please leave product untouched and unused contact us immediately (1-2 days after package arrives) at (212) 627-5197 or email us at info@abracadabranyc.com.

Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable) We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@abracadabranyc.com and send your item to: 19 West 21st Street New York New York US 10010.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
