We have different postage standards for different regions, and the postage will vary according to the logistics cost.For remote areas, the postage is subject to the actual accounting by the logistics party.

When will I receive my Wolfbox product?

Order processing normally take 1-2 business day. Once processed, your order will be shipped via our insured logistics provider and are normally delivered within 3-5 business days after receiving the order except for holidays. Orders placed over the weekend are dispatched on Mondays. In general, you will receive your product in around 7 days.

Please NOTE:

We currently do NOT ship to PO BOX, APO, FPO addresses and islands outside the continental UK. We do NOT take responsibility for stolen packages or claims stating items not received even after the tracking status shows that it was delivered from the carrier website. Once the carrier site shows that the package was delivered, then we have fulfilled our service of shipping the item to you with the valid tracking number.

Return Process

Please notice

•Return to our warehouse.

•Refund after receiving the product.

Please note that we can’t offer free return or full refund for personal reasons and for items are either intentionally or accidentally damaged by improper usage and costs incurred during the return and refund process, will be covered by customer .

Please DO NOT ship your items without contacting our customer service first. Otherwise, your items will NOT be returned, and it will be considered a loss.

Refund

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. Your refund will then be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Please note: The shipping fee will not refund after the product is shipped. And please use the shipping label we provide, or we do not accept extra shipping fee which is not generated by the shipping label we provided.

Cancellation

We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is canceled you will get a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
