Full Cycle offers free standard ground shipping through Canada Post and UPS to addresses within Canada* on any order over $99*. Customers are provided with up to date tracking information directly through Shopify when available. Staff are available through our e-mails and live chats Monday through Saturday from 9am to 5pm for any questions or concerns you have have.

Exceptions apply to areas of Northwest Territories and Nunavut that lie outside the standard coverage area for Canada Post and UPS, In which case shipping charges are at the customer's expense.

Free shipping includes oversized items.

All freight/delivery charges are final and cannot be refunded.

Shipping costs on item returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Local orders and oversized items may ship with alternate couriers for faster service.

All non-deliveries and delivery refusals will be automatically refunded, minus the cost of the outbound and return shipping. Please take care to confirm your address details at checkout to avoid non-deliveries.

Trexity and Same-Day Local Shipping

Full Cycle and Trexity have partnered to offer same-day local delivery on select items for locations within the greater Ottawa-Gatineau area. Items qualifying for same-day shipping can be found under the "Same-Day Local Shipping" filters seen throughout our shopping pages. Free shipping rules apply. At checkout you can find Trexity local delivery as an option for orders under $99.

Trexity manages a network of couriers to facilitate almost immediate door-to-door delivery of small packages within a local area. Such last mile services enable our fulfillment process to reliably deliver items much faster than traditional couriers such as UPS and Canada Post. As a result, local customers may find that choosing Trexity on orders with items marked as Special Orders can result in delivery being made on the same day that the items arrive at our warehouse as opposed to next-day.

Same-Day delivery is dependent on Trexity pickup windows that become available throughout the day. Orders placed after 2:00pm EST for local delivery may be delivered next business day.

Orders over $99 with delivery locations that fall within Trexity's Extended service zone will be instead be fulfilled via Canada Post or UPS.

Shipping To U.S.

Full Cycle offers free shipping to the continental United States for all orders over $150 USD. All duty is collected at checkout for remittance to customs through third party services. Full Cycle takes no responsibility for any further service fees and charges.

Free Bicycle Shipping In Canada

For all bikes over $2000, Full Cycle is excited to ship select* brands of bicycles for free to anywhere in Canada! Inventory is available to view through our website. Bicycles are packed in a cardboard box and require light assembly with common tools and light technical knowledge. Bicycles require extra processing time to prepare for shipment than standard orders. Typically an extra 1-2 days upon receiving the bicycle for assembly. Delivery of fully assembled bikes anywhere in the Ottawa-Gatineau area can be arranged for an additional delivery charge.

Currently, we are able to ship all Norco, Kona, Fyxation, Batch, Salsa, Yuba, and Surly bicycles.

•Kids bikes and bikes under $2000 are subject to a flat rate shipping charge at checkout.

What's your minimum order?

Our free shipping order minimum is $99.00. Orders can be placed for any amount for instore pickup, or with paid shipping options.

When do I get my tracking information?

Tracking information is passed along to the customer at the time of fulfillment. Tracking numbers are generated as orders are processed but do not become active until parcel pickup has been completed.

My tracking number is showing no/incorrect information

Tracking numbers become active when end of day parcel pickup has been completed by the carrier. Pickups occur Mon-Fri between 4pm-5pm. If your tracking information has not become active within 24 hours, please contact us directly.

Bicycle Delivery in Ottawa

Sept 2025 : Home Delivery is now available for locations up to 200km from our home base in Ottawa! For an additional charge you can now have your fully built bicycle delivered directly to your doorstep in anywhere from Montreal to Kingston. Additional processing time may apply.

We offer in-town bicycle delivery with our van (Orleans-Kanata-Barrhaven), typically in less than week from purchase for an additional charge based on travel distance. Bicycles are delivered with our van, and arrive fully tuned and assembled. Delivery will often occur within 10 days of purchase and we always reach out to coordinate a day that will work.

Order Cancellations

Full Cycle reserves the right to, at our sole discretion, cancel and refund any order, for any reason we require. This may be related to a high risk payment, incorrect inventory, or a price discrepancy. While we always aim to maintain accurate pricing site-wide, it is possible for some items to display incorrect pricing. In the case of particularly disparate pricing, we will cancel and refund the order.

After an order is placed, we may not be able to make modifications or changes. Please reach out as soon as possible if such a case arises.

Parts and accessories which have been unopened and undamaged can be returned for a full refund within a period of 60 days from the time of purchase. Exceptions include:

•Electronics such as GPS units and sport watches are only eligible for a 30 day return period.

•No returns will be accepted for items that have been damaged after leaving our inventory.

•No returns will be accepted for items that have been installed on a bike.

•No returns will be accepted for custom made items such as spokes that have been cut to a specified length.

•Debit purchases made in store are refunded by cash.

ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE

To return a shipped order, please email orders@fullcycle.ca to confirm the eligibility of your return beforehand. Customer is responsible for return shipping. Items must be postmarked before 60 days for a full refund.

Cancelled or returned online orders over $500 are subject to a 3% restocking fee, including bicycles. Restocking fees can be used as store credit towards the purchase of a different bicycle or product at no charge.

International orders are FINAL SALE .

Bicycles are considered to be final sale at the time that they've left the store. Please take extra care to confirm that the fit and style is correct before leaving.
