We have a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

To qualify for a return, your item must be in its original condition unused. This also includes if the product has already been opened from its original packaging.

We don't accept returns for used beauty and health products due to hygiene and safety reasons. This policy is in line with industry standards.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support @bylashglow.com . If your return is approved, we'll provide a return shipping label and instructions.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method. A small freight fee may apply for shipping replacements, depending on your location.

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you discover any defects, damages, or receive the wrong item, contact us immediately.

If you have received a faulty product, we will replace it on our costs. Ensure to send over a picture as proof, within 48h after receiving the product.
