FOR USA, UK and Selected Countries:

We assure you that goods are delivered on time. However, if your parcel experiences a delay beyond the estimated delivery time, you can claim a $1 cashback along with a $5 coupon for a future purchase by emailing us at hello@qeepin.com .

In very rare cases (0.01%) due to unexpected shipping troubles, if your item exceeds a timeframe of 60 days with no delivery, we offer a full refund. In most of these instances, you will still eventually receive the goods, and when you do, you can keep them absolutely FREE!

Rest of the World / International:

Countries which are not mentioned above fall into the category of "Rest of the World / International". In very rare cases, it might take 35-45 days for international deliveries, depending on where you are. We provide tracking for all global orders. If it exceeds 100 days, we'll refund the full amount or resend with another shipping option as per customer request. If after 100 days we refunded the order and later you received the product, you can keep it too.

International Shipping Custom Requirements

QEEPIN can ship internationally! However, please keep in mind that some countries have specific shipping requirements for various reasons. The countries listed below require an additional identification number from the customer to be filled in the Notes Section while placing the order.

Countries Requiring Personal IDs:

Brazil: CPF for individuals, CNPJ for businesses.

Italy: Codice fiscale (tax code).

Spain: Número de Identificación Fiscal (NIF).

China: National ID number.

Russia: Passport number or tax identification number.

South Korea: Personal Customs Clearance Code (PCCC).

Turkey: Turkish Identification Number (T.C. Kimlik No.).

India: Only a few shipping methods require a TAX ID or ID no.

Note: The personal ID number is checked before the goods are released by customs and must match up with the details of the recipient. Failing to provide this information may result in the item being returned or held by customs causing you and your parcel receiver inconvenience or long delays.

1. Return and Refund Period:

You can ask for a Return and Refund within 30 days after the product is delivered.

2. Defective Item:

If the item is defective or damaged during shipping, we offer a full refund or will happily resend the same product at no additional cost.

3. Incorrect Item:

If the delivered product is incorrect or not as described, we offer a full refund or will happily resend the correct product without any additional cost. Examples of incorrect items include receiving a different variant or size than what was ordered.

4. Wrong Purchase:

If you placed an incorrect order, please contact us at hello@qeepin.com immediately. We can cancel or edit your order if it hasn't been dispatched. Once dispatched, we are unable to modify or cancel orders. We do not accept return/refund requests for wrong purchases once the order is shipped.

5. Change of Mind:

If the item you receive has any issues or is not exactly as described on our product page, we are more than happy to process your return. However, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or refunds simply for a change of mind. Because we cover the high costs of shipping to offer you FREE delivery, processing returns without a valid reason is very difficult for us. We appreciate your understanding that a valid reason—such as a defect or an incorrect item—is required for us to approve a return request.

6. EU Customers – Right of Withdrawal:

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 30 days of receiving the last item in your order,

Our team will review your request within 24 to 48 hours. Once approved, we will notify you via email regarding the refund/resend of your order.

8. Refunds:

We utilize Shopify Payments for customer transactions. Upon approval, our team releases the full refund amount, which is then processed by Shopify Payments, taking between 2 to 10 days.
