2. Handling, Transit, and Cut-off Time

1. 30-Day Return Window You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.

2. How to Initiate a Return Email us at info@winswow.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions.

3. Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

4. Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 48 hours of delivery at info@winswow.com with photos. We will provide a replacement or full refund.

6. Non-Returnable Items Gift cards are non-refundable.
