Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders placed before 10 a.m. will begin processing on the same business day. Orders placed after 10 a.m. local time will begin processing on the next business day.

Transit Time: Estimated transit times begin when your order is shipped, and do not include weekends or holidays.

Orders held for manual review will be delayed until the review is complete. After an order is reviewed and released it will be processed within 2 business days.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details when your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become available.

If tracking is unavailable after this time, please contact onlinesales@rode.com with your order number and we will investigate.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

All orders are eligible for free standard shipping Australia-wide.

Free Shipping (2-7 Business Days) – Delivery is provided by Australia Post or Couriers Please.

Australia Post Standard (2-7 Business Days) – Available on orders with a value less than $800 for an $8 fee, and free for all orders over $800.

Australia Post Express (1-3 Business Days) – Available on all orders for a $20 fee.

All orders with a value exceeding $800 require a signature upon delivery.

Please Note: Podcast Bundles and orders containing the PSA1+ are eligible for free standard shipping only.

Lost Shipments

RØDE is not liable for shipments after they are delivered.

If your order status is Delivered , please check the vicinity of your home to ensure it was not dropped at a side door, lobby, or mail room, and ask your neighbours if they may have received it for you.

If you believe your shipment has been lost in transit, please contact our Customer Service team, and we will attempt to locate your package.

As a fraud prevention measure, we cannot issue refunds for lost packages under any circumstances.

We guarantee your complete satisfaction for 15 days after your order is delivered. We will allow you to return almost any product for any reason when purchased from RØDE.com.

To initiate a return, request a Return Authorisation via our contact form .

When returning a product, you can exchange the product for another product or request a refund. Simply contact our team and we will guide you through the process and provide a pre-paid return label.

Please note that pre-paid return labels are not available for EU orders, and you will need to cover the return shipping cost

All returns are subject to a $12 USD restocking fee, deducted from your refund.

How do I return a product?

A return authorization number is required to return a product. Our Customer Service team will assist in providing a return authorisation number, instructions for sending your product back, and an address for the return.

We understand that having a reliable return policy is integral to a good purchasing experience. However, we reserve the right to limit return privileges to those who take advantage of our policy with excessive or dubious returns. These decisions are at the sole discretion of our returns department.

Who pays for shipping?

If your item is damaged or defective product, or was shipped in error, we will pay the shipping charges – both to have your item sent back to us, and to send you a replacement item.

If you are swapping a product for another different product, we pay the shipping charges on the product we ship to you in exchange for the product you return . The product you send back is subject to our standard restocking fee , and we do not credit any original shipping charges toward the exchange.

In the case of an outright return for refund, we will refund the full purchase price , less a $12 AUD restocking fee.

Damaged Items

We can only accept items that are returned without signs of wear - and - tear , and with all the original contents and packaging. “ Wear - and - tear " refers to any damage that was not present when you received your merchandise -- scratches, dents, etc. “ Contents ” consist of any included parts and accessories, as well as the warranty card and manual without user's notes or markings. “ Packaging ” includes all inner and outer packaging, complete with the original barcode affixed.

Items not returned in the condition described here may be subject to refusal of the return. Restocking fee s also apply if you refuse delivery or your item is undeliverable .

How long does it take to receive a refund?

Once the warehouse receives the returned merchandise, a refund is typically processed within 2-4 business days (Monday through Friday). Processing time may vary depending on daily return volume. When your return has been processed, we will send a confirmation to the email address on file with your original order.
