Damages and issues Each order comes with standard insurance at no additional cost to you. We use industry leaders, such as UPS, FEDEX, USPS for all of our shipping needs and have great success with less than 1% damage claims. We realize that mistakes happen to everyone and our carriers are no exception so Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact the carrier immediately if the item is delivered defective/ damaged.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable items If you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges If an exchange is a necessary resolution the purchaser will need to ship the item back at their cost, Once the item is received and inspected for claim validity SYWW will cover postage on the replacement item.
