Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on location and shipping method:

New Zealand

Standard Delivery: 1–2 business days

Same Day Delivery via Uber: 1–3 hours

Australia

Express Delivery: 2-4 business day

Standard Delivery: 4-10 business days

International

We currently ship to New Zealand and Australia only.If you’re located elsewhere, please contact us for a shipping quote.

Dispatch Times

Orders placed before 1pm NZT (weekdays) are dispatched the same day.

Orders placed after 1pm NZT will be shipped the next business day.

Orders placed after 1pm on Friday or over the weekend will begin processing on Monday.

Same Day Uber Delivery

Available 7 days a week.

Must be within a 10km radius of a Superette store.

Orders must be placed before 2pm.

Cost: Live rates at checkout.

Orders placed after the cut-off will be delivered the next business day.

In-store option:Call your local store before 2pm to place your order and receive it within 3 hours.

Free standard shipping on orders over $200 NZD

Standard shipping: $7.95 NZD

3 Hour Express (Render): $20 NZD

Australia

•Express Delivery: $40 NZD

•Standard Delivery: $20 NZD

Sales Period Delays

During sales or promotional periods, dispatch may be delayed due to high order volumes.If delays occur, they are typically no longer than 24–48 hours.

We’ll keep you updated via the website announcement bar and shipping notifications.

Duties, Taxes & Customs

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes.

These are not included in your order total and are the customer’s responsibility.

Charges are set by your local customs authority and collected by the courier.

If delivery is refused:

Any return shipping, customs or handling fees will be deducted from your refund.

In some cases, parcels may be abandoned and no refund will be issued.

Address Changes

You can update your shipping address before your order is fulfilled.Please contact us as soon as possible with the new details.

We want you to love what you ordered. If something's not right, here's how to sort it.

The basics

•14-day return window from date of purchase

•Items must be unused, unworn, tags attached, in original packaging

•Return fee: $7.95 NZD shipping fee + $10 restocking fee if refund

•In-store: Free for store credit - $10 restocking fee for refund

What can be returned

Full price items — refund, store credit, or exchange

Sale or promotional items (including discount code purchases) — store credit or exchange only

Items discounted 50% or more — final sale, not returnable unless faulty

Non-returnable items

For hygiene reasons we can't accept returns on swimwear, intimates, earrings, beauty products, consumables, or face masks.

How to return

Online Start your return at superette.co.nz/pages/returns. Select your items, download your prepaid label ($17.95 deducted from your refund), and drop it at any NZ Post location.

In-store Bring your order confirmation and the item with tags attached to any Superette store. Returns in-store are free.

Refunds

Once we receive your return we'll inspect it and process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs are not refunded and restocking fees apply.

Exchanges

Want a different size or colour? Place a new order first to secure stock, then submit your return for the item you're sending back.

Previously exchanged items aren't eligible for a refund — but you can return them for store credit or a new exchange.

Store credit

Store credit is valid for 12 months from date of issue and applied directly to your account.

Faulty items

Got a damaged or incorrect item? Hold off on sending anything back — get in touch with us first and we'll sort out the best solution for you.
