Standard Delivery and Processing

SHIPPING DELAYS: Orders may experience heavier delays due to weather or high volumes from our shipping partners of FedEx, UPS and USPS. We appreciate your patience.

Most orders are shipped from our warehouse via FedEx/UPS Ground/Home Delivery Service to arrive within 6 to 9 business days once your order ships from our warehouse. Shipping monogrammed items can take up to an extra 8 business days due to the personalized nature of the monogram.

Items ordered together may not arrive together. Rugs may take an additional 5-7 business days to ship. Monograms may take up to 8 business days to ship. We ship to the US and Canada and most countries, if you are interested in international shipping please find rates here .

Shipping to P.O., APO Boxes, Hawaii, and Alaska, is typically done via USPS and can take from two to ten business days. We cannot express air to P.O. Boxes.

Rush Delivery and Processing

By choosing Two-Day or Three-Day service during checkout, we will expedite orders for in-stock items. Two-Day and Three-Day deliveries occur Monday through Friday. These services are not available on shipments outside of the continental US.

For Two-Day Services, if we receive your order by 12 noon PST Monday through Friday, you will receive your purchase within three business days after the ship date. For example, orders placed on Monday by noon with Two-Day shipping will arrive on Wednesday. Orders placed Saturday through Sunday will arrive on the following Wednesday.

For Three-Day Service, if we receive your order by 12 noon PST Monday through Friday, you will receive your purchase within four business days after the ship date. For example, orders placed on Monday by noon will arrive on Thursday. Orders placed Saturday through Sunday will arrive on the following Thursday.

Canadian Shipments

Crane & Canopy does not maintain Non-Resident Importer status with Canada. Crane & Canopy ships to Canada with options of USPS and UPS. Shipping will normally take from 7-10 business days; however, it can take longer as well. Crane & Canopy is not responsible for additional tariffs, taxes, brokerage fees, duties or any other following costs required to import merchandise beyond those charged by USPS. FedEx International Economy includes duty and custom fees. Orders that are undeliverable will be returned, and customers will be required to pay for outbound and return freight. Crane & Canopy does not offer Expedited Shipping to Canada at this time nor do we offer free return shipping from Canada.

Crane & Canopy is not responsible for tariffs, taxes, brokerage fees or any other costs required to import merchandise. Crane & Canopy does not provide "blanket" NAFTA documents. Some orders may arrive with C.O.D. conditions that are the responsibility of the customer. International orders that are undeliverable will be returned, and customers will be required to pay for outbound and return freight plus 50% of the merchandise cost. We do not provide free return shipping for international orders, but will gladly process returns as long as they fall under the outlines of our Return Policy .

•We accept returns and exchanges on any unused and unwashed products, in original packaging, within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, Crane & Canopy cannot accept returns for any reason.

•Products with woven or law labels removed will be considered used.

•Orders for monogrammed items, fabric swatches or final sale items cannot be cancelled or returned.

•Returns are refunded in the original payment form, minus outbound shipping and handling. Once we receive your return to our warehouse, please allow 10 to 16 business days to screen and process returns.

•Crane & Canopy can only refund payments via the original payment method. Alternatively, we can offer store credit.

•For tips on how to best care for your bedding, please visit our Care page. We cannot accept items damaged through normal wear and tear, discoloration due to by bleach, benzoyl peroxide and alpha hydroxy acid or residual bleach, and cannot claim responsibility for shrinkage or damage caused by washing machines, irons, steamers, or professional dry cleaners.

•We provide free return/exchange shipping for orders coming from the continental United States. Canada, Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico do not quality for free return/exchange shipping.

•Any returns received within 30 days that are used or washed or not in its original packaging will be subject to a 70% restocking fee.

•We can only offer ONE free return shipping label per order (for an exchange or a return). If more than one return is needed per order, we will still accept the return without a restocking fee, but will not offer free return shipping.

•Returns that are shipped by customers without appropiate packaging will be subject to a $15 restocking fee. If products are damaged in transit, refunds might be rejected.
