At Lincs Plants, we strive to provide fast and reliable shipping to ensure your plants arrive in perfect condition. We offer 1-3 day shipping through a variety of dispatch methods to suit your needs. Here’s an overview of our shipping process:

At Lincs Plants, we operate from two main locations. When you place an order, we prepare and pack plants across both sites depending on what you’ve ordered.

Site 1 – Packing and DistributionThis site holds:

Oxygenating bunches

Loose lilies

Aquarium plants

Snails

Pots

Pond packs

Site 2 – Growing SiteThis site holds:

Potted lilies

Potted plants

Plugs

Floating plants

Tropical plants

Fruit trees

We start processing orders each morning at 8am.

Orders that include items from Site 2 are dispatched the following day.

Orders that only include items from Site 1 are usually dispatched the same day.

During our peak periods, we can process up to 3,000 orders a day across multiple departments. Each department either supports a main packing team or packs orders directly.

We have five collections a day, so orders can leave throughout the day as soon as they’re ready.

During busy times, if we experience any delays, we’ll post updates on our social media and website to give everyone a heads up. This helps keep customers informed if there’s likely to be a delay of a few days.

Processing Time:Orders are processed within 1 - 3 business day after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Standard Shipping (1-3 days): Our standard shipping option ensures delivery within 1-3 days via trusted couriers.

Express Shipping (1-2 days): For quicker delivery, choose express shipping at checkout, ensuring your plants arrive within 1-2 days.

Dispatch Methods:We use various reliable carriers depending on your location and the nature of the plants ordered. We ensure that all plants are packed securely to maintain freshness during transit.

Shipping Costs:Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of your order and will be displayed at checkout.

Delivery Times:Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Please allow 1-3 business days from the dispatch date for delivery.

Plant Care Upon Arrival:We take great care to ensure your plants arrive in excellent condition. Upon receipt, please unpack them immediately and follow our care instructions.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at sales@lincsplants.com . Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Lincolnshire Pond plants, Brookenby Business Park, Brookenby, Market Rasen, LN8 6HF If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at sales@lincsplants.com .

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at sales@lincsplants.com .
