* If you live in Jersey or Guernsey, the Next Working Day Delivery Service is a 48 hour service rather than 24 hour.

Good to know: If you request Next Working Day Delivery Service on a Friday, your order will be dispatched on the following Monday, for delivery on Tuesday. If you order over a bank holiday weekend, your order will be delivered on Wednesday.

All orders are dispatched the day before delivery, so for those on a up to 10 working days service, you may not receive a dispatch notification until the 4th working day. We ask that you please wait until the end of the 2nd-to-last working day to follow up on your dispatch notification.

Delivery Process

Most of our UK orders are delivered with DPD or Evri, with the exception of some larger deliveries, which will be delivered by DPD or Pallex. Mattresses or large palletised items will be delivered separately.

Once DPD or Evri has received the parcel, they will email you directly, you can then track or divert your parcel to a safe place*. They will also email you on the day of delivery with a timeslot.You can track your DPD delivery at https://www.DPD.com or by downloading the DPD app.You can track your DPD delivery at Evri .

*When opting for the delivery to be made to a safe place, please bear in mind that our courier's drivers are conscientious and will use their judgement to decide if that location is secure enough.

Mattress and Furniture Delivery

We can only deliver mattresses and furniture to UK mainland postcodes. Non-faulty mattress and furniture returns will cost you £45.

We use Furdeco services for our mattress and furniture deliveries. They will contact you to book a delivery time and will text you the day before the delivery to confirm the time slot. On the day of delivery, Furdeco will call you when they are half an hour away. Please check you're happy with the mattress, and refuse delivery if there are any packaging rips which may result in a fault.

If you ordered other items at the same time as your mattress and furniture, these will be sent separately via DPD.

We are sure you will love your Soak&Sleep products, but we also know that once in a while, things might not work out quite as you expected.

That's why we offer a generous 365-day returns policy. So, unless your product is faulty, we simply ask that your purchase is returned unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging. Please note, it is also important that you protect the item in suitable shipping packaging to ensure it is fit for re-sale upon its return.

Once returned to us, if an item does show signs of use, washing, is without its packaging or has been returned through the carrier network in its retail packaging, unfortunately, we will be unable to process a refund due to hygiene reasons. If this is the case, a member of our team will reach out to inform you of this and arrange for the item(s) to be returned to you - this will be at your cost.

If there is an issue with the item you have received, please get in contact with our Customer Services team before returning the item. We will be happy to help resolve any issues.

How To Return

Complete the returns section on the front of the dispatch note you received inside your parcel.

If the dispatch note has been misplaced, please enclose a note inside the returning parcel which includes your name, address, phone number, order number, and reason for the return.

Wrap up the item(s) you want to return securely in suitable shipping packaging, and make sure you include your completed dispatch note inside the parcel.
