Welcome to Brease World! Here's everything you need to know about our shipping process.

Order Processing Time:

•All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after your purchase.

Shipping & Delivery:

•We ship across Europe, the United Kingdom, the United States and beyond.

•Most orders arrive within a few business days after dispatch. Delivery estimates apply from the time your order ships, not from when you place your order.

Shipping Fees:

•Any shipping fee is shown clearly at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Taxes & Duties:

•Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. For deliveries to the United Kingdom, VAT on orders at or below £135 is collected at checkout, so there are no surprise charges on delivery. For Norway, VAT on orders below NOK 3,000 is collected at checkout via the VOEC scheme.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking:

•You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships. Tracking is active within 24 hours of dispatch.

Lost or Damaged Items:

•If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please email us at support@breaseworld.com and we will resolve it as quickly as possible.

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from us. Below, you will find our exchange and return policy.

30-Day trial period

For orders outside of Black November and Christmas campaigns, we offer a 30-day trial period. If the product doesn’t work for you, you can return it within 30 days of the purchase date.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

• The product must be in the same condition as received, either unused or gently tested.

• The product must not show visible damage or smell of perfume, smoke, or other strong odors.

• All tags must be included and attached to the product, and the original packaging must be included.

• Desiccant packets, safety instructions, and other included materials must be present.

• You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues

We recommend inspecting your order immediately upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and find a solution, either through repair, replacement, or refund.

Return shipping costs

For US customers:

Return shipping is at your own expense. You are free to use any courier or carrier you choose. Since you are responsible for the safe delivery of the return, we advise using a service with tracking.

For any other country:

We charge a fixed return label fee based on your country.

If a package is not collected and is returned to us, you can either have it re-shipped or receive a refund for your order. In both cases, the above return fee will be charged.

Refund for value loss

When we receive and inspect your return, we will assess the condition of the product. If there are signs of use or missing components, we will reduce the refund as follows:

• Light scent or damaged packaging: 5–10% reduction.

• Missing tags, desiccant packets, or safety instructions: 10–30% reduction.

• Permanent damage, strong odor, or severe defects: 50–100% reduction.

If your return meets the requirements, we will refund the reduced amount to your original payment method within 10 business days.

How to start a return or exchange

If you’re from the US:

Return Process & Shipping To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team. We will email you a Return Authorization Form. You are required to print and complete this document and include it inside your return package.

Please note that you are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. You may choose the shipping carrier of your preference. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If you’re from any other country:

To start a return or exchange, you need to go to our Return Portal .

We will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your item back.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned. This includes:

• Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants).

• Custom products (special orders or personalized items).

• Personal care items (e.g., beauty products).

• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

We also do not accept returns for the following:

• Outlet items.

• Gift cards.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

• If approved, we will automatically process the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.

• Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us .

Statutory right to cancel (UK & EU)

If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom or the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason, in addition to our 30-day trial period. The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day on which you (or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you) acquire physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us (Growth Group ApS, Elmsager 68, 8240 Risskov, Denmark, support@breaseworld.com) of your decision by a clear statement (for example, an email). You may use the model cancellation form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication before the cancellation period has expired.

If you cancel, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (except for any extra costs resulting from your choice of a delivery type other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the day we are informed of your decision. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back. You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
