Returns from The Present Event
We are committed to ensuring that our customers are happy. All purchases with the exception of items that have been customized per the customer's request can be sent back to us for an exchange or store credit (less shipping & handling within 14 days of receipt).
Before returning any item you must contact The Present Event via e-mail at thepresentevent@gmail.com or by calling us at 1-847-668-1908 to receive a return authorization number (RA#). You must repackage the items in its original carton and boxes. The return authorization number must be clearly marked outside the package. Please properly seal the package containing the unused/undamaged merchandise. Please enclose the invoice or a letter explaining the reason for your return.
