•Original Tags Must be attached (if applicable)

•Shoes must be returned in the original box inside of packaging to avoid damage to the box during shipment.

•THERE WILL BE A 20% RESTOCKING FEE ON ALL RETURNS

We do not issue prepaid return labels. You are responsible for the return costs. Please include your name and order number on the package. We strongly recommend that you insure your return and get proof of delivery in case your package gets lost in transit.

We must be notified within 48 Hours of any damaged or defective items. Please email shabbysass@yahoo.com, include pictures of the damaged item and packaging.
