When will my software/plugin order be delivered?

Digital products may only be downloaded from the manufacturer’s website. You will receive an email with the license code to complete your order. Enjoy a safe and fast way to get the latest version and full support direct from the manufacturer.

Some digital products are instant delivery. Those tagged as "instant delivery" will be instantly delivered via email seconds after your purchase is completed.

Digital products that are tagged with "manual delivery" or no delivery tag will be fulfilled by manually by a human. Manual Delivery orders can take up to one business day to be delivered.

When will my hardware order ship?

Hardware orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days depending on stock availability. All hardware listings are free shipping unless specified otherwise.

Merchandise is only returnable if:1) It is defective 2) There was a shipping error. thefxchain.com is not responsible for any return guarantees beyond our standard policy. We are not responsible for cancelled orders, declined credit cards, items deemed unusable or not what was expected, unintentionally ordered items or any reason other than defective or sent in error. Return requests for defective or incorrectly shipped items must be made within 30 days of receipt of the product. In the event defective merchandise is received or there is a shipping error, the following procedure must be followed:

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at info@thefxchain.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and mail your return to the address that will be provided to you with the RMA number.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least three (3) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
