Returns from Mokuyobi
If you wish to return your purchase it must be mailed within 30 days of your order arrival date. Exchanges must be mailed within 60 days of your order. Please include all original packaging with your return. Sale items are issued an exchange or store credit. Final sale or sample sale items are ineligible for returns. Shipping on returned merchandise is at the shipper's expense. Exchange requests can be made for an item with the same or lesser value and will be fulfilled according to availability.
In your return package, please include a copy of your receipt. If you need a new one, just print out the order confirmation that was emailed to you. Send to:
