Contiguous United States:Standard Shipping Information: Transit time is typically 4 to 7 business days, depending on your specific location. Expedited USPS and FedEx shipping method options are calculated at checkout.

Alaska & Hawaii:Calculated rates through FedEx or USPS, applied at checkout.

Order Shipping Process

•Orders received after 2 PM EST will be processed the following business day. We do not ship on either Saturday or Sunday, or on major Holidays.

•You will receive an e-mail notification with your tracking number once your order ships.

•Some high-value items, and most orders over $150.00 will be shipped with a direct signature required for added protection and security. If not specifically requested by the customer, it is up to our company's discretion to make a decision based on the items being shipped.

Backordered Items

If any items are out of stock or on backorder you will be notified. If you ordered multiple items on one order, we typically send a partial shipment of the in-stock items and then a second shipment once the other items are available. If you still have not received your purchase after two weeks, please notify us at (855) 298-7627.

International Shipping

We do our best to accommodate customers from all over the world. We offer international shipping to most countries. For international orders, we offer shipping via USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. Shipping any of these methods may require additional charges for duties, taxes, and custom fees upon delivery. Please see the below paragraph for more information regarding International shipments.

Taxes, Duties, & Customs Fees

All taxes, duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. Any tax and duty information presented in checkout are estimates for informational purposes only. Any additional charges you may incur are due to the specific policies and procedures of the carrier you choose and/or of your specific countries government rules and regulations. Your local post office or carrier can provide you with information on the methods of payment accepted for the duties, taxes, and other fees collected upon delivery.

Damaged Shipments

•Call us at (855) 298-7627 to submit a claim. Please contact us within 3 business days from the date your shipment has arrived to report any damages. In some instances we may require a photo in order to process a claim with the carrier.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an e-mail that the order has shipped with your tracking number or log on to your account to view the status of your order.

If, for whatever reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it to PMC Supplies within 30 days from the date the items are received, subject to conditions below. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise.*We do not accept any returns or exchanges on used items or customized tools.

Refunds & Credits

Refunds on returned items will be issued to the original payment form as tendered at the time of purchase. Once we receive and inspect the product to insure it is in new condition, we will credit your account. Please allow 5-10 business days for a credit to appear on your account. If the payment was made by check, the refund will be applied as a merchandise credit to your PMC Supplies Customer Account.We reserve the right to refuse merchandise that is returned after the 30-day return policy period, or to charge additional restocking fees based on the original invoice date.*In most cases shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and are deducted from the amount of the refund applied.

Exchanges

If the item was sent back for an exchange, please allow 3-5 business days for the replacement to be processed. Damaged or defective items may be repaired, exchanged, or refunded at our discretion for the same model or manufacturer's equivalent model. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at (855) 298-7627. We will do our best to promptly replace your item for a new one, or issue a credit memo. For returns and exchanges of non-damaged merchandise, the customer is responsible for all shipping/handling charges to send the unwanted product back for a refund. The original shipping/handling charges are also non-refundable. We recommend you ship via insured ground service with a tracking number for reference. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

Conditions

Please read all conditions below. If conditions are not met, PMC Supplies reserves the right to refuse the return or to charge a restocking fee not less than 15%.

•All returned or exchanged items must be in NEW condition, in their original box, and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, and all of the accessories, if applicable.

•PMC Supplies is not responsible for personal data or items left in returned merchandise.

•PMC Supplies is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise bought from us. We are responsible for the monetary value of the merchandise only.

No Returns/Exchanges on the following:

•Any used, altered, or mishandled products.

•Any special order products or custom molds and tools.

To return an item:

•Pack the item in a sturdy carton (the original, if possible) and seal with strong tape.

In some instances for damaged or defective items we may provide a pre-paid return shipping label. Call for a pre-paid authorized return service (ARS) label (U.S. customers only).
