Shipping Information

Orders are shipped from Texas within 3 weekdays of being placed. We ship internationally. Order transit time is 2-10 days, depending on your location.

Cancellations/Amendments

If you wish to cancel or amend your order, please use the contact page or email us at paradiso @paradiso.zone . Include Order # and any changes.

We can change the address up to the time of shipping. If you would like to adjust your shipping address please contact us with your full name, order number, and the correct shipping address.

Once production has begun, you may be eligible for a replacement/resolution depending on the situation. After you’ve received your order, you have 15 days to address any quality issues.

Damage/Quality Issues

When emailing, please include a photograph demonstrating the quality issue of the print or the damaged area of the item. Make sure the area is well lit and the item on a flat surface. See our refund policy for more information.

Will I have to pay any additional taxes on my order if I’m located outside of the US?

International orders may be subject to import taxes, duties, and other customs charges. The charges vary by country, and at this time we are unable to calculate them in advance. For more information regarding your country’s customs policies, please contact your local customs office. If such a fee indeed gets imposed on your package, you are responsible for its payment. If the package is returned for unpaid duties we will email for information on resending plus additional shipping charges.

What if my order has already shipped?

Once the order leaves our warehouse it is now in the hands of the postal service or other carrier. You have to contact them for any issues regarding shipping.

How long will it take for my preorder items to ship?

If the item is labeled preorder in the description, it will ship sometime after the preorder ends. We will list the estimated shipping dates on the item. All items in a preorder will ship together.

Returns from Paradiso Works

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at paradiso@paradiso.zone or use the contact form .If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at paradiso@paradiso.zone .

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
