Delivery services

We exclusively use insured, major carriers to get the furniture to your location quickly and safely. Because of the size and weight of our tables, we offer white-glove or entryway delivery to ensure tables arrive safely. White-glove service will deliver the item inside your house and into the room, perform light assembly and remove all the packaging. Entryway service will deliver the item to the first room of the address. The receiver is responsible for unpacking and removing packaging material. Our delivery service will contact you before delivering an item. Please let us know in advance if there will be any delivery challenges at your home.

Shipping Carriers/Rates

Shipping rates are calculated according to carrier pricing and will be displayed at checkout based on your location and order specifications.

Payments

We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers. Payment must be received in full before shipment for ready-to-ship items. For custom orders, payment schedule will be communicated upon order confirmation.

– You have 5 days after receiving your item to notify us of your intention to return it. You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

– To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. – Your item must be in the original packaging.

– Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive your money back within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
