We are currently unable to deliver to Northern Ireland & British Forces postcodes. We do not currently cover international delivery.

CLICK & COLLECT

Free collection from store, for any order.

Our Click & Collect service is available for order collection Monday to Saturday between, 9:30am - 5:30pm and Sunday between 11:00am - 5:00pm.

We will email you once your collection is ready. Please go to Concierge on the 3rd floor.Please note that we hold orders for 7 days. If your items are not collected within this time and we haven’t heard from you, your order will be automatically cancelled.

We are happy to refund or exchange your recent purchase within 28 days, with receipt or proof of purchase. You can either return to us via our Returns Portal using this link , or free in-store at Elys Wimbledon.*

Items must be unused and in their original condition (including all labels and tags intact).

All returned items must be sent back in full, including all products originally supplied, in order to qualify for a refund.

If an order is returned with missing items, substituted items, or items that differ from what was originally shipped, the return will be deemed incomplete, and no refund will be issued.

Refunds are only processed after the returned order has been received and inspected by our team and confirmed to be complete and in acceptable condition.

We reserve the right to withhold or refuse a refund where:

•The returned package does not match the original order contents

•Items are missing, damaged, or altered

•The return does not comply with our stated return requirements

Where applicable, shipping weights and carrier records may be used to verify whether a return is complete.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all items are returned correctly. We are not liable for items lost, missing, or removed from return shipments.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

RETURNS POLICY

The following products won’t be eligible for exchange or refund (unless faulty or not as described):

•Products without original packaging or labels

•Products that have been opened or unsealed (other than where necessary to inspect)

•Perishable goods that contain food products (eg. Hampers) or which have an expiry date

•Disney Lorcana cards are non refundable

•Star Was Trading Cards are non refundable

Products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons:

•Earrings

•Hair accessories

•Face coverings

•Izipizi glasses

•Swimwear (where the hygiene seal has been removed)

•Lingerie briefs and stick-on bras

•Bedding

•Mattresses (unless indicated in a supplier promotion)

•Beauty products (including fragrances)

•Toilet seats and brushes

•Personal care products (such as electric razors, breast pumps)
