DELIVERY & SHIPPING POLICY

Great Smile Company delivers products to USA customers. This shipping policy is a part of our Great Smile Company policy. Before placing an order, customers should take a look at our shipping policy. We only ship all to the United States.

PROCESSING ORDERS

An email confirmation is sent to your email address after placing your order. Please keep this email as proof of your purchase.

We are more than happy to accommodate any delivery instructions added to your order. If you choose to have your order left if you are not at home then the responsibility is yours. Contact to discuss further.

Delivery is between Monday and Friday. Weekend deliveries will only occur if a Courier Service contacts you to make arrangements. This is not undertaken by Great Smile Company.

We charge the following fees for shipping:

Insured 3 Business-Day Shipping (2-3 business days): $6.97 USD

Priority Mail Express (1-2 business days): $38.92 USD

Processing Time or Handling Time: Our Processing Time: 1-2 working days. (Monday-Friday)

Order Cut-off Time: Our order Cut Off Time is 5:00pm (GMT-06:00) Central Standard Time (Chicago)

Transit Time: Our Transit or Shipping Standard Time: 3-5 business days. (Monday-Friday)

DELIVERY ISSUES

It is important to check your delivery immediately upon receipt. If you receive a damaged item please contact our customer service team within 3 days of delivery and please keep the item until advised. If you are asked to return a damaged item, we will pay for the postage. If you receive an incorrect item, PLEASE DO NOT open the item. We will require that the incorrect item is returned in the original packaging and will be at our cost.

Dear customers, we offer a 30 days return policy. Unfortunately, we will not be able to accept the return if 30 days have passed since your purchase.

Our number one goal is customer satisfaction. Each Great Smile Company Collection item is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If you receive your merchandise and decide you would like to return or exchange it for any reason, please contact us immediately after your package arrives.

What is the Condition of the Return Policy?

•The customer MUST contact Great Smile Co before sending the item in for a refund. If the customer does not notify Great Smile Co of their return, it may not be processed.

All product(s) must be sent back in its original packaging and must not have been used or installed. For bigger appliances, retaining the pallet is essential for returns. A product that's been used, installed, or is missing its box and pallet isn't eligible for a return.

•You must provide the order confirmation number to process the return.

Photos Required - Our customer service team will request pictures of the items you're returning. These are mandatory for processing the return, and without them, your return request may be declined.

What is the order Cancellation Policy?

What's the process for returning?

There is no restocking fee.

How much will customers pay for return shipping?

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

What should I do, When my items are missing?

Do not be afraid of it. Please contact our support or send us an email about your missing products at support@greatsmile.co or or call us at (712) 435-2210 . We will contact you as soon as possible.

REFUND POLICY

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll send you an email to let you know whether or not the refund was approved. If accepted, a refund will be made automatically using your original payment method. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card provider may need additional time to process and post the refund. Please note that Priority Processing, Warranties, and Shipping charges are not refundable.
