2. Shipping Options

Domestic Shipping: We currently ship within the United States. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

PO Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses: We ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses; however, delivery times to these locations may be longer than standard delivery times.

Hazardous Materials: Certain items classified as hazardous materials may be subject to additional shipping restrictions and cannot be shipped to some locations. These restrictions will be noted on the product page.

5. Address Accuracy

Correct Address: Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate. Attentive Medical Supply is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

We reserve the right to make adjustments due to errors, changing market conditions, product discontinuation, or typographical errors in advertisements. *** Images on site are a representation and may not always reflect actual product. *** Footrests or leg rests are not included with wheelchairs unless specified.

Returns

Eligibility: We accept returns on most items within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, include all parts and accessories must be included and in original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.

Non-Returnable or Exchangeable Items: Certain items are non-returnable due to hygiene and safety protocol. MOST ITEMS BY THEIR NATURE ARE SIMPLY NOT RETURNABLE. These include, but are not limited to:

•Opened or used personal care products (e.g., incontinence products, bath safety items)

•Pillows of All Types

•Respiratory (Compressors / Nebulizers, Oxygen & CPAP Masks and tubing)

•Ostomy Supplies

•Incontinence products

•Opened medical supplies (e.g., masks, gloves, wound care)

•Special orders or customized items

•Raised toilet seats, transfer benches and commodes

•Mattresses and linens

•Electrotherapy Units once used (Product must be in new resellable condition, safety seals unopened)

•Products marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase

•Mobility items (e.g., walkers, wheelchairs, etc.)

•All Men's health items, including erection pumps, tension bands, and incontinence clamps

•Any product opened, used, or tried-on.

•Items that leave the USA are non-returnable.

•Warranties may be void for items that leave the USA.

Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at admin@attentivemedicalsupply.com with your order number and reason for the return. Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return your item.

Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Refunds

Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Shipping fees are non-refundable and the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.

Exchanges
