Return & Store Policy

Thank you for shopping with Excellent Photo! We hope that you'll be delighted with your purchase. In the event that you're not satisfied with your item(s), you may return your order* for a full refund within 14 days of receipt** Please note that clearance items are eligible for a store credit only.

*All Items must be returned in original packaging with all parts included in original brand new condition without any defects and visible damages. items with torn packaging that can not be resealed CAN NOT be returned. You Must have Original receipt of purchase for returns made at our store.

**In order to receive a full refund on returned items within the 14 days, all returns will be subject to inspection by Excellent photo for a return approval. If it does not meet our conditions the refund can be refused or in some cases a restocking fee will be charged.

Total will be refunded by original payment method.

RETURN PERIOD | You may request a return within 15 days of receipt.

RETURN AUTHORIZATION | A return authorization is required for any online purchase. See the link bellow. Once your return has been approved, you have 10 days to ship / return the item back to us.You will be in charge of sending back the unit, including shipping and any charges that may be attached to it. If the item is defective, shipping will be covered by Excellent Photo. If upon testing the item is not confirmed defective, you will be charged back for the return shipping.

ITEM CONDITION AND EXCEPTIONS | All Items must be returned in their original packaging with all parts and document included, unsused, in original brand-new condition, without any signs of use or damage. You may be charged a restocking fee if items have been turned on. Items with torn packaging cannot be returned.

All returns will be subject to inspection (condition, serial number, etc.) If the return does not meet the Return Policy requirements, the item may be returned to you, or a restocking fee can be applied to the refund.

START A RETURN

1. Log in to your account by visiting https://account.excellentphoto.ca: 1. In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue". 2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email. 3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.5. Click "Submit request".

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.

IN STORE RETURNS | Once you have your return authorization, you may drop your return at the store. The store will not process any refunds . Your return will be brought to the online department for processing.

REFUND METHOD | Refunds will be issued to the order's original payment method. Refunds to expired or canceled cards are handled by the customer’s card issuer and, in most cases, credited to the customer’s replacement card.
