Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

During periods of high order volume, shipments may experience slight delays. Please allow additional transit time for delivery. If a significant delay occurs, we will notify you via email or phone.

Domestic Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your selected shipping method.

International Shipping

Shipping fees for international orders will also be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Tracking information typically becomes active within 2–3 business days after shipment.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Our company is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges applied to your order.

All fees imposed during or after shipping, including tariffs, taxes, or customs charges, are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged Shipments

Our company is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. Be sure to keep all packaging materials and damaged items when submitting your claim.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses

We ship to addresses within Canada, including Canadian Territories and military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO).

Please note that shipments to these addresses may require additional transit time.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.

If this occurs, we can assist by confirming the delivery address, delivery date, tracking details, and shipping carrier information so that you may proceed with an investigation with the carrier.

RETURN POLICYWe have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Refunds We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
