Free shipping on all orders; What you see is what you pay. We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 or 2nd Class to deliver your order free of charge. We also offer the option to upgrade your shipping at an additional cost.

At Mission Outdoors, we aim to dispatch all orders on the same day they are placed if before 12pm, Monday to Friday. All orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on the next working day; Please note that no orders are dispatched on Bank Holidays as there are no postal collections.

BFPO Delivery

Ordering to a BFPO address works much the same as ordering to any UK address, you have a full choice of all shipping methods but please keep in mind that paying more for a faster shipping method does not really speed up your delivery. We recommend you select the cheapest delivery service available at checkout.

To have your order delivered to a BFPO address, please select your country as the UK and add your billing address (the address to which your card or account is registered to) as your main address to avoid Card Authorization problems. Then, add your BFPO address as the Delivery Address and enter the BFPO number into the City field. In the postcode section, you must enter the actual postcode of that BFPO (we have a page dedicated to helping you select the correct postcode and setting up your account which you can see here). Deliveries are handled by Royal Mail or DPD depending on the size and value of the order and your selected shipping method. Please note that BFPO delivery times are very much dependent on where in the world you are and how big the parcel is, Mission Outdoors are not responsible for delivery times to BFPO as once it is in the BFPO system it is out of our control. We cannot trace orders until they are considered to be late by BFPO.

Quick & Easy Returns

At Task Outdoors, we aim to provide fit-for-purpose gear. Unfortunately, nothing is perfect and regardless of brand or price sometimes things do not workout. It is in these instances that we excel and our excellent customer service can help you get the problem solved in a flash.

If the item/s are unused and still in their original packaging we accept all returns up to 60 days from purchase. We do understand, however, that some of our specialist customers are sometimes unable to meet this 100-day limit and handle these matters on a case by case basis. We do not cover your return postage costs unless we have made a mistake or been at fault with delivery of the order or if the item/s are faulty. We go to great lengths to ensure all clothing have size information, we recommend that you please refer to these before ordering to save disappointment as sizes can vary from brand to brand and product to product.

When returning items back to us please keep in mind the value of the items you are returning and how quickly you need them to arrive back to us. We recommend that you use a Tracked service on items above £30 in value and ensure additional compensation for loss applies when needed. We cannot be held responsible for any loss, delay or damage to items being returned to us and cannot speak to the carrier for you as we are not the sender. If in doubt, please ask at the Post Office which format they recommend stating dimensions, weight and value. We only cover postage costs up to the value of the original cost that we paid to get the order to you, unless prior arrangements are agreed.
