Domestic Shipping Guidelines

All orders are shipped Monday – Friday, excluding holidays. Express orders including Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air placed Monday – Friday after 4 PM Eastern Time will be processed the following business day. Express orders placed Saturday – Sunday will be processed Monday. Orders are not available for P.O. Box addresses.

Cut off time for next day Miami delivery is 4 PM Monday – Friday. If you have any questions or urgent requests please contact Customer Support at info@devonwindsor.com .

Orders are processed within 1 business day. Once processed, you will receive your order within 2-7 business days. Please note orders are not shipped with signature required. Devonwindsor.com, LLC is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages that note delivery confirmation to the correct shipping address. Devonwindsor.com, LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Devonwindsor.com, LLC is not responsible in the event of any delays in shipping or delivery due to force of nature or other uncontrollable events.

Flat rate ground shipping, returns and exchanges are only available within the U.S.

Payment Method

We accept all major credit cards, online store credit, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, and gift cards.

Sales Tax

Sales tax will only be charged on orders shipped to Florida. No other tax or import duty will be applied to orders shipped within the US.

We offer returns and exchanges on all full price merchandise for U.S. orders. Your return will be honored if return is filed within 14 days of delivery date. Items being returned must have tags attached and be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed.

To request a return authorization, visit our Returns Center and go through the steps. Once you submit your request, and we will review it within 48 business hours. If approved, a USPS return label will be emailed to you and a $9 fee will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

If you are looking to exchange, we offer free exchanges on all U.S. domestic orders. Please visit here and go through the steps. Y ou will be sent a confirmation for your exchange and emailed a USPS return label.

All sale items, international orders and personalization items are FINAL SALE and ineligible for return or exchange without exception.

We reserve the right to deny a refund or store credit if the item(s) returned are not in original condition or do not meet our quality standards. If we deny a return, the merchandise will be shipped back to you, and a $9.00 return fee will be deducted from your refund or store credit. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

If you have any questions or concerns, contact customer service. Our representatives are available Monday – Friday between 9AM – 6PM EST. (Holidays excluded) and will reply within 24 hours.

If you elect to use your own shipping service, we just require that you send the tracking number, order number, reason for return to info@devonwindsor.com . Devonwindsor.com, LLC will not be responsible for any packages shipped by the customer using another shipping service. In the event the package is lost, the customer will be responsible for tracking and routing the package back to Devonwindsor.com, LLC and getting it to our warehouse within the time period allotted for a return to be accepted. Please keep tracking number on record until the refund confirmation email is received.

Returns can take up to one week after delivery for our warehouse to process. Once we receive your return and confirm its condition is acceptable, we will process your refund to the original form of payment within 7 business days. All sales taxes will be refunded; however original shipping charges are non-refundable. Once your return is processed, you will receive an email confirmation. A credit will post to your statement within 2-7 business days depending on your financial institution.
