Shipping Rates & Policies

All standard shipping is a curbside delivery service. This offer covers most items shipped by ground within the contiguous U.S. By curbside delivery, massage chairs will arrive UNASSEMBLED in its original factory boxes unless otherwise mentioned. The trucking company will deliver the items to your driveway or entryway, and you will be responsible for entering it into your residence or business. Since massage chairs are heavy, you may require assistance from a friend or a family member.

Threshold Delivery : With threshold delivery mode, massage chairs will be delivered to the nearest ground level entrance of home, business, or apartment building. [EXTRA COST]

White Glove Delivery: With white glove delivery, massage chairs will be hand-delivered into your destination and assembled together. White glove delivery need to add about 1-2 weeks to the standard lead-time of delivery. Choose the shipping method as White Glove Delivery if you want the service. [EXTRA COST]

All White Glove Services is a onetime service that is non-refundable nor do they cover any return service. Once the service has been signed off for completion of service, the delivery agent will not return to do further services that may not have been completed on their initial visit. It is vital for the customer to fully inspect and test the product before signing off the completion of service.

Please provide a valid street address with each order (we are currently unable to ship to P.O. boxes). Additional charges apply to rush and international shipments, including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. Shipping costs are listed beside each product. If there is no price, you can call to get a quote (this is especially prevalent for the higher weight items).

How Fast Will You Receive An Order

All orders are processed between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m. (PST), Monday through Friday. Your order will try to be shipped within 48 hours, unless otherwise noted. Please see Shipping Information for delivery and shipping policies.

Any returns within 30 days of purchase for whatever reason, shipping costs outbound and inbound will be paid by the customer.

•For all returning merchandise you must have RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) authorized by us.

Customers will be responsible for both, the original delivery and the return shipping charges. **This applies to cancellations if the order has been shipped**

•The product being returned must have all the original packaging and be in new resalable condition.

•All massage chairs can be returned or exchanged within 30 days.

•The 30 day time frame for acceptance of returning merchandise starts from the delivery date of product. No return of merchandise after this 30 day time window.

•In case of shipping damage from our company to the delivery address of customer, replacement parts will be sent to the customer or a new unit based on a per case basis.

•All items not under the Titan Brand, a restocking fee of 20% will be add for any returns within 30 days of purchase.
