General Shipping Information

Shipping Charges: All shipping costs associated with orders placed through the TDL Gentek will be borne by the participant. Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at the time of checkout.

Oversized & Large Item Shipping Policy

For oversized or large items, shipping is not calculated automatically at checkout. Instead, TDL Gentek staff will personally coordinate the delivery to ensure the most efficient and cost-effective option is selected.

After the order is placed, a member of our team will reach out directly to confirm the shipping details, including:

•Delivery timing and any special requirements

Shipping arrangements must be confirmed and approved by the customer prior to dispatch. We work closely with trusted freight and courier partners to provide competitive rates and safe delivery of larger items.

Please note: Orders containing oversized items will not ship until the customer has approved the shipping method and charges.

Shipping within Canada: We exclusively ship orders to Canadian addresses. International shipping is not available.

Carriers and Rates: TDL Gentek reserves the right to choose the shipping carrier and determine the shipping rates for all orders. The carrier selection and rates may vary based on factors such as location, package dimensions, and weight.

Same-Day Shipping Available Upon Request: For your convenience, TDL Gentek offers same-day shipping for orders placed and paid for before 1:00 PM EST on business days. Orders meeting these criteria will be processed and shipped out on the same day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM or on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day. While we strive to meet this commitment, same-day shipping is subject to product availability and does not guarantee next-day delivery. Customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once the order has been shipped. Same day shipping does not apply to special order or backordered items.

Shipping Process

Order Processing Time: Upon successful placement of an order, please allow 1-2 business days for order processing before shipment. Customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once the order has been shipped.

Delivery Timeframe: Estimated delivery times will vary depending on the destination and the selected shipping method. TDL Gentek aims to deliver orders promptly; however, we do not guarantee specific delivery dates.

Refusal to Ship: TDL Gentek reserves the right to refuse to ship orders for various reasons, including but not limited to: incomplete or inaccurate shipping address, suspicion of fraudulent activity, over weight orders or unavailability of the ordered product. In such cases, customers will be promptly notified, and refunds may be processed if applicable.

Additional Notes

Lost or Delayed Shipments: TDL Gentek is not liable for any delays, loss, or damage to shipments caused by the shipping carrier. Customers are encouraged to contact the carrier directly in such cases to resolve any shipping related issues.

Address Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping addresses. TDL Gentek will not be held liable for undelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Delivery Attempts: The shipping carrier will attempt delivery to the provided address. If delivery is unsuccessful, additional attempts or pickup instructions may be provided by the carrier. Customers are responsible for any fees incurred for redelivery or package holds.

Multiple Shipments : In cases where an order consists of multiple items, these items may be shipped separately. Customers will receive separate tracking information for multiple shipments.

Returns & Exchanges

30-Day Return Window – Unopened Items

•Unopened products may be returned within 30 days of purchase

•Must be in new, original condition with all packaging and accessories

•Returns may be subject to a restocking fee

•Customers are responsible for return shipping cost

1-Year Easy Return Support on Defective Product

We accept returns for most products up to 1-year from the invoice date, including:

•DOA (Dead on Arrival) products

•Defective products

Final Sale – Non-Returnable Items

The following are non-returnable:

•Special order items

•Clearance items

•End-of-life (EOL) products

•Opened, non-defective products

These items are considered final sale and are not eligible for refund or exchange.

Special Order (SPO) & Prepaid Item Policy

•A 50% deposit (non-refundable) is required to initiate special orders. The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to shipment, in accordance with current TDL Gentek terms.

•All special orders are final sale and non-returnable.

•Defective items will be addressed under the manufacturer’s warranty policy.

•Once the item arrives from the vendor, the customer will be notified.

•Deposits may be forfeited if the order is cancelled or unclaimed.

•TDL Gentek will make every effort to meet estimated delivery dates; however, delivery timelines are not guaranteed due to factors beyond our control.

•If the product cannot be delivered within six (6) months of order placement, the deposit may be refunded. TDL Gentek is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages.

•Additional shipping fees may apply if not previously quoted.

•Pricing is subject to change due to currency fluctuations and supplier cost adjustments.

Damaged Shipments

•Inspect all packages on delivery

•If damage is visible at delivery, note it with the courier and contact TDL Gentek within 48 hours

•TDL Gentek will arrange for an inspection and offer a remedy for the situation. A TDL Gentek representative may be in touch for supporting documentation

Warranty Support

•All products carry the manufacturer’s warranty

•After 1-year, any warranty claims must be made directly with the product manufacturer

•Refurbished and end-of-life products may have limited or no warranty coverage

•All of our manufacturers have different warranties and return policies, please review eligibility carefully

Defective Products & RMA Process

To return a defective product:

•Complete the RMA Form RMA – TDL Gentek

•Include the invoice number and a description of the issue

•Items found to be non-defective may be subject to a diagnostic fee and return shipping costs

Credit Notes & Refunds

•Credit notes will be applied to future orders

•Refunds must be requested within 60 days of the return by emailing: receivables@tdlcanada.ca

•Please allow up to 10 business days after receipt of returned products for credit or refund
