AV Express - Business Policies

Resale Policy:

Products purchased from AV Express shall not be resold online, directly or indirectly without the manufacturers' express written consent.

Resale must adhere to manufacturers' specific pricing policy guidelines.

Price Matching:

AV Express may match a lower price from an authorized distributor for an identical item.

Price match requests can be submitted to sales associates or via email ( sales@avexpress.net ). Documentation of the lower price may be required.

Return Policy (Excludes special orders, clearance, and discontinued items):

Return Timeframe: Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Requests for returns more than 30 days after purchase require additional approval and are granted on a case-by-case basis. Item must be new in the box, unused.

Non-Defective Units: May be subject to a minimum 5% restocking fee (at AV Express's discretion). This includes new in-box items that are no longer sealed.

Defective Units: Will be exchanged for the same or equivalent model, store credit, or a refund. Units with missing/damaged parts may incur a minimum 10% restocking fee, based on condition.

Shipping Fee: Customer is responsible for the return shipping cost on non-defective items. AV Express can provide the return service using our discounted rates if the customer wishes.

Refunds: Once AV Express has received and inspected the return, the final restocking fee to be charged and the amount to be refunded will be disclosed to the customer. If the customer does not agree to the restocking fee, the product can be picked up or shipped back to the customer (the customer is responsible for shipping fees). Process:

Available for urgent swap-out situations on a case-by-case basis.
