How much is shipping?

We offer complimentary standard shipping (4-6 Business Day Delivery) for all orders. Packages will arrive to your door via USPS.

Do I have to pay duties and taxes?

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We're not responsible for delays due to customs.

When can I expect my order to be shipped?

Please allow 1 day for your order to be processed and shipped. Once you receive your shipping confirmation, please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking number to update. Send all return, exchange or shipping inquiries to hi@ideaure.com

How long will it take my package to arrive?

Delivery takes between 1-7 business days depending on the shipping method you choose at checkout and your location, please check the country list below for information.

How can I track my order?

You will receive an automated email containing tracking information as soon as your order ships. Please note that it takes up to 48 hours for the first scan to appear, so please do not be alarmed if your package isn’t immediately “in transit.”

What's your return policy?

Your satisfaction is of great value to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply send a return request to hi@ideaure.com within 90 days of delivery, our team will be happy assist you.

Do you ship outside the US?

Please allow 1-2 days for processing and 6-14 days for delivery on all international orders. Prices are quoted in U.S. dollars. Exact rate depends on order weight and destination. Does not include duties and taxes due upon delivery.

Returns & exchanges:

We offer quick and easy FREE 60-day returns and exchanges for all customers in the US. Before getting started, please check below to see if your item is eligible for a return:

All returns must be:

•Have no signs of wear or damage

•In its original condition with tags still attached (if any)

•In all original packaging (box and bag included)

Exchange and store credit conditions:

We offer free exchanges. Once we receive the item, your return or exchange will be processed in 1 - 2 business days.

What is the status of my return or exchange:

If you have already gone through our online process to return, exchange or get store credit for you item please allow 5-7 business days for processing. Once your return is processed someone from our team will email you to confirm.

If you have received an incorrect item please an email hi@ideaure.com and include:

•Photo of incorrect item and packing list

Upon our team confirming that you received the incorrect item, we will create a return label for you, and you will be shipped the correct item in 1-3 business days.

•Your request (refund or send another product?)

•Most importantly a photograph demonstrating the quality of the print or the damaged area of the item. Send pictures taken on a flat surface, with the tag and error clearly displayed. We will use this information to help you with your order, and eliminate errors in future printing.
