•Orders are fulfilled within 24 hours from our warehouse in New Jersey except on Saturdays and certain holidays when the warehouse is closed.

•If you order after 2 PM EST, your order will most likely ship the following day. The exception is during weekends and holidays; orders ship the following business day instead.

•Orders that ship USPS Ground Advantage usually arrive 5 to 7 business days within the continental US after the order has been received and scanned by USPS. For APO/FPO, this may take a little longer.

•Orders that ship DHL Parcel Expedited usually arrive in 2 to 5 business days within the continental US after the order has been received and scanned by DHL.

•Orders that ship via UPS 2nd Day usually arrive 2 business days after the order has been received and scanned by UPS.

•Please take note that specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

Incorrect Shipping Information

•If you realize that you gave us the wrong shipping address, please email us at orders@lochby.com and we'll try to correct it if the order hasn't shipped yet.

•If a package is already shipped and then returned to LOCHBY due to an incorrect shipping address provided by a customer, the customer will be responsible for the re-delivery cost.

•If you decide to cancel your order before the order is shipped, we'll refund you for the item/s less the original shipping fee.

•We are not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly due to customer-provided shipping information.

International Shipping

•We ’ ve included shipping protection to protect your packages at no extra cost.

•Customers are responsible for taxes, duties, and customs fees.

•Customs forms accurately reflect package value and contents.

•Please note that we cannot mark packages as gifts.

Customers have 30 days from the day the item is delivered, as indicated by tracking, to request a refund or exchange.

•Customers will be responsible for the cost of the return label.

•Refunds are issued for the cost of the item/s only less the return label cost.

•We issue a return label so we can properly track returns and ensure they reach our fulfillment center.

•For returns made using a label that we did not provide or processed through a third party store (like UPS stores that accept USPS pick ups), the customer will be responsible for tracking and following up in case of lost/missing mail.

•We will issue a refund, following our policy, only once the return is successful.

•We will not be able to hold, store, or send back any non-Lochby items/merchandise sent to us in error using the return label we provided.

•For international returns, we are unable to provide a return label at this time and you will need to provide your own.

•The original shipping fee is non-refundable.

•All Items must be unused and in original condition, with the original packaging and the tags still attached, to be eligible for a return. This includes the notebooks that come with the journal covers.

•We reserve the right to reject returns for the following reasons:

•You send the package back outside the 30-day window

•Return an item that shows signs of wear or abuse

•Attempt a return without the original packaging and tags

•For an exchange, customers will be responsible for the new shipping fee as well as the price difference of the items if applicable.
