Thank you for shopping with Eichholtz Miami. The details below explain how we process and deliver orders, and how returns and claims work. We’ve tried to keep this clear and practical - if anything is unclear, please reach out.

Shipping & Delivery

Order Processing & Lead Times

In‑stock items: Items in stock at our North Carolina warehouse ship in 10–14 business days; items stocked at our Netherlands warehouse ship in 4–8 weeks.

Backordered items: We’ll email you an estimated ship window and keep you posted if schedules change.

Made‑to‑order items: Items that are part of our Atelier program are made to order in 4-6 weeks.

Shipping Methods

Curbside Delivery: Large or fragile items ship on a pallet to the first dry area at ground level. The driver does not bring items inside or remove packaging.

White‑Glove Delivery (when available): Delivery to room of choice with light assembly and packaging removal.

Delivery Appointments & Access

Curbside and White‑Glove deliveries require an appointment . Please ensure elevators, doorways, and hallways can accommodate the item(s). If the carrier cannot complete delivery due to access constraints, redelivery or storage fees may apply.

Tracking & Updates

We’ll email tracking once your order ships. For freight shipments, the carrier will contact you to schedule delivery when the shipment arrives at the local terminal.

Address Changes & Re‑Routes

Changes requested after a shipping label is created may incur a carrier reroute fee and could delay delivery.

Delivery Inspection & Damage on Arrival

Please inspect all packages upon delivery . If there is visible damage to the carton or product, note it on the delivery receipt and take photos of the packaging and item from multiple angles.

If damage appears severe, you may refuse the delivery and contact us so we can assist.

Where We Ship

We currently ship within the contiguous United States . We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations at this time.

Risk of Loss & Title

Title and risk of loss pass to the customer upon delivery by the carrier, subject to carrier policies and our Claims process.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Requests to cancel or modify an order must be received before the order ships . Once shipped, the order may be treated as a return (see below).

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s how we can help.

Non‑Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

Items marked Open Box , On Sale , or Final Sale

Products that have been assembled , installed , used , or are missing original packaging

Orders shipped outside the contiguous United States

Return Eligibility & Window

Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of receipt for a refund of the merchandise price.

Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee and return shipping costs .

Original outbound shipping fees are non‑refundable .

Items must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging and materials . We are unable to process returns without original packaging.

How to Request a Return

Email info@eichhotlzmiami.com with all of the following information so we can assist quickly:

Full name and contact information

Order number

Item name(s) and quantity

Reason for return

Confirmation that the item is unused and in original packaging

Clear photos (product, packaging, any issue)

If your return is approved, we’ll email instructions. You’ll need to ship the item(s) back within 5 business days of approval. If you prefer, we can provide a prepaid label; any return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund .

Refund Options

Choose one of the following for eligible returns:

Store Credit for the merchandise value ( no restocking fee ). Store credit does not expire.

Refund to original payment method , minus the 25% restocking fee and return shipping costs .

Claims for Damage, Defects, or Missing Parts

Please inspect your items within 72 hours of delivery . If there is any damage, defect, or missing part, email info@eichhotlzmiami.com right away with:

Order number and delivery date

Description of the issue

Photos of the product, packaging (inside and out), and the shipping label

We’ll review and determine the best solution—this may include a replacement, repair, spare part, or other remedy based on availability and the specifics of the case.

Spare parts and replacements are subject to availability and may take 4–8 weeks to process.

Return Shipping & Packaging

Keep original boxes, foam, and inserts. Items returned without original packaging may be ineligible for return or subject to additional fees.

International & Non‑Contiguous U.S. Orders

Orders delivered outside the contiguous U.S. are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns.
