Pool Table Shipping Policies

Shipping is Included in the pool table price for most continental U.S. locations. There might be an additional shipping charge for shipments to remote areas, islands or high-density metro areas that a semi-tractor trailer cannot access. Furniture purchased and shipping with a pool table is also shipped free of charge. At our discretion, we may ship through any major moving companies. NOTE: Installation is not included. If you are not an experienced pool table installer, we recommend White Glove Installation .

Tracking Your Order

PoolTables.com offers the fastest fulfillment time in the business—we are able to ship out most pool tables and accessories within five days of ordering. Our pool tables are packaged and handled with the utmost care. Once your pool table order has been processed and the table leaves the warehouse, we’ll send you an email with tracking and delivery information. Please read that email as it will contain important delivery information as well.

Taking Delivery with White Glove Installation

If you’ve chosen White Glove Installation , this part is easy. We’ll arrange for the pool table to be delivered to one of our approved installers in your area. After they’ve received the pool table and have inspected it to ensure nothing has been damaged in transit, they will contact you to arrange a delivery and installation date and time. You just need to be present for the installation and our experienced installer will handle the rest.

Taking Delivery with No Installation

•The pool table will be delivered to your home in a semi-tractor trailer. Your home must have curbside access for a tractor/trailer that is 14’ tall and up to 40' in length.

•You will be contacted by the shipper the day before delivery is to take place to establish a delivery time.

•When the truck arrives, you are responsible for removing the pool table from the truck located curbside. You will need at least two adults as the table components weigh 1000 pounds with three heavy slates.

NOTE: If your home is not accessible by a truck of this size, you can arrange to pick up your pool table at a freight depot in your area. The table will fit in a full-size pickup truck. Please notify us if alternate delivery is needed.

Checking the Pool Table for Damage

After unloading the pool table components from the truck, you MUST check the boxes and crates for visible damage and sign the Bill of Lading (BOL).

If Everything Looks Good

If everything looks good, sign the Bill of Lading (BOL) that the pool table is FREE AND CLEAR OF DAMAGE. You are stating that you received your pool table in good condition.

If the Pool Table is Damaged

If the pool table is damaged in any way:

•Accept the shipment but sign the Bill of Lading (BOL) as DAMAGED.

•Contact us immediately.

•Put everything in a safe area, and don’t throw anything away, including boxes or crates.

•Take pictures of the damage (damaged boxes/crates, or damaged products.

•Submit the following to us within 24 hours:

•A copy of the signed BOL (can take a picture with your phone)

•Photos of packaging and damaged product(s)

•Description of the damage

We’ll replace and expedite shipping of any and all damaged parts as soon as the documentation of damage is received. P.S. Please don’t be scared by all of this. Damage occurs in less than 1% of shipments. But if anything does happen, don’t worry—we’ll take care of it!

If You Refuse an Order

If you refuse the delivery at your home, you will be responsible for:

•outgoing and return shipping

•a 15% restocking fee

•any installer handling fees (if you chose the White Glove Installation option).

General Return Policies

•Pool table sales are final.

•We offer a 30-day return policy on all other items, with a 15% restocking fee.

•You are responsible for return shipping costs.

•All return-eligible items must be in like-new condition and returned in their original packaging.

•Original shipping and handling costs are not refundable.

•Game tables must be returned to the original vendor (see explanation below).

•Any special offers may be subject to reduction by return, exchange, or cancellation.

How to Return Eligible Items

Contact us when you’d like to return an item. If the return is approved, you may ship it back yourself, but we may be able to obtain lower return shipping rates for you (through our national accounts).We’ll provide you with the correct return address.

Cancellation Policies

•If you cancel an order that has been partially fulfilled, you may be responsible for return shipping and other expenses we have incurred.

•If you cancel an order after it has left our facility, you will be responsible for outgoing and return shipping, and a 15% restocking fee.

•If you refuse a shipment or delivery, the same policy applies.

Pool Tables

All pool table sales are final.A pool table is a large piece of furniture and an investment; please evaluate issues such as personal finances, space requirements, family issues and other peripheral issues before purchasing a pool table. Contact us before ordering to ensure all your questions are answered and you get the right table.Before you complete your pool table order, we’ll confirm everything with you, to ensure that:

•The intended location of the pool table in your home will support the weight.

•You or the installers will be able to get the pool table into the intended location.

•If you’re taking delivery yourself, that the semi-trailer truck will be able to park at the curb in front of your home, and you will be able to safely unload the 1000 pounds of pool table components from the truck.

Unassembled Tables

We may approve a return on a new table only if the table is new, unassembled and still in original boxes and packaging, in their original condition. If a table has been installed, it’s a used table. However, if you decide to return a new, unassembled table, you will have to pay for the outgoing and return shipping costs, as well as any installer handling fees (if you chose the White Glove Installation option).These are 1000 pound shipments—shipping costs are expensive and can be up to $1000 each way.

Special Cases

Though table sales are final, we want you to be happy with your purchase, and there may be some instances where a return or exchange is warranted. Contact us for more information.

Cues

Cues that have not been chalked may be returned within 30 days. Cues that have been chalked are considered used and are not returnable. Cues must be returned in their original packaging.

Lights

If you want to return any lighting, contact us for information. Lighting is delicate and it’s crucial that it’s packaged properly to survive the trip.

Game Tables

Game tables must be returned to the original vendor, and we must obtain an RMA from the vendor. Contact us for help in arranging this type of return.
