Transit Times

We partner with our preferred shipping providers UPS, UPS’s and the US Postal Service for your convenience. The UPS SurePost® services combines the reliability and consistency of UPS Ground network and final delivery typically provided by U.S. Postal Service (USPS)—delivery to customers' mailboxes. UPS WorldShip determines if UPS or the USPS completes the final mile of delivery of each shipment. UPS has arranged for all USPS package scanning and delivery statuses to be uploaded to their system. So, even if your package is delivered through USPS, the tracking information will still be available with the same UPS tracking number and through the UPS website. If you have any special shipping requirements or instructions, please note this in the comment section at checkout. Please refer to our shipping table for delivery charges and transit times. Generally, orders should arrive within 2- 8 business days for Standard method. Orders shipped via Standard method will be delivered by the US Postal Service or UPS. Orders shipped to a P.O. Box will be delivered by US Postal Service. We cannot ship 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air to a P.O. Box address.

All packages shipped by UPS are delivered Monday – Friday only. All packages via USPS are delivered Monday – Saturday.

International shipments will be shipped via USPS.

International Shipments

We ship to more than 30 international destinations via worldwide. Our preferred carriers are the US Postal Service.

International shipping charges will be determined based on shipping destination. Delivery can take between 6-10 business days.

Shipping to Jamaica

For shipping to Jamaica, we recommend the services of the following couriers such as SHIPME, UNIONONE EXPRESS or MAILPAC. These couriers have warehouses here in Miami, Florida and are the most popular shipping option our Jamaican customers have been using.

HOW IT WORKS

Once you are registered with either of them you will be assigned a unique P.O. Box U.S. address which you will use as your shipping address at checkout. Your package will be delivered from us to that same address which you will then receive through them locally. Please note that the charges for these local couriers in your country may vary.

DellasKloset offers Returns for store credits only

• Damaged or defective items must be reported within 5 days of delivery in order to be qualified for a store credit.

All store Credit will be refunded in the form of a Dellaskloset Gift Card. The store credit will be emailed to the email address attached to your order. Please include your order # with your return.

• All Returns/ Exchanges request must be reported within 5 days from the Order delivery date. Once Request is made and responded to, you have 10 days to return your item from the responded date.

• Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed. NO EXCEPTIONS. If we find any defects on the merchandise, signs of wear or smell we reserve the right to not accept your return.

• Merchandise must have all tags attached and be returned in original packaging.

• Merchandise returned without the original security tag, or a damaged security tag, may result in a delayed refund or may not qualify for a refund.

All Returns or Exchange request must be done via email to dellaskloset@gmail.com. All request will be responded to within 1 business day.

Once we received your return, please allow 2-3 business days for store credit to be issued.

• Please Note: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Packages that arrive COD may be denied, or the COD amount may be deducted from your return.

Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of all returns.

If you receive the wrong or faulty product, we will cover the shipping cost.

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
