Since every customer email includes unique download links for purchased items, requests for previously purchased downloads require proof of purchase. Proof of purchase can be a credit card statement screenshot showing the purchase from our company with a completed charge, forwarded receipt from ThriveCart or Shopify, etc.In the absence of proof of purchase, we do our best to locate past purchases in our end. That is done through searching customer name, email, or credit card number.

Note: Our refunds policy is very clear and all buyers who create a Paypal/bank/credit card dispute for any other reason than legitimate fraudulent activity/processing error ( not due to a customer error ), will forfeit all rights to purchase (or acquire anything for free) from The Moments At Home® and any other websites we own, and may be prosecuted to the full extent of the law for damages, personal and business loss, time lost, and other applicable losses incurred.
