We're confident that you'll fall in love with your item as soon as it arrives. Please check the item fully before constructing it as we cannot accept returns for items that have been part or fully assembled. If for any reason you wish to return an item, you may do so within 14 days of receiving your item for a full refund (except for made-to-order pieces).

Returned items must be in a resalable condition (i.e. not have been partly or fully assembled, or incurred any damage when hung on a wall) and you are responsible for its safe return including the cost of postage. Items must be returned in their original packaging as that is how we can ensure the item is adequately protected on its way back to us.

You will be responsible for the safe return of items if packaging has been disposed of. If items are not returned in their complete original packaging, a 20% repackaging fee will be charged. Further reductions to the refund may be made if the item shows signs of use or damage.

This does not affect your statutory rights. These terms have been updated on 13 June 2014 (and apply to orders made on or after that date - these terms apply to orders before that date) in line with the new Consumer Contract Regulations that replace the Distance Selling Regulations.
