Globaleparts offers 30 days hassle less and easy return policy. You may return your purchase within 30 days of the delivery date.

Returning items back in original packaging and along with all documents is must. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.

Once your return request is approved you will receive the instructions to return via email. After initiating return request you must return your item within 5 days else your return would be voided and you would not be eligible to open another return request. All returned items must be in the same condition, should packed in original packaging with all included accessories. If condition differs or items are incomplete, we reserve the right to refuse the return or to charge a restocking fee of 15%. Claims for damaged or missing items must be received within two business days of receipt of your order. To authenticate pictures are required.

All working returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Items are verified with serial numbers, If you returned a different item we reserve rights to cancel your return and not initiate a refund.

Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect returned item we initiate refund within 48 hours. Please allow 4-6 business days to process refund back in your credit card or bank.
