We hope we have provided you with a happy shopping experience and that you are delighted with the products you have chosen. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return products for a full refund within 90 days from the product's shipping date.

Please note, for various reasons - including safety, health and legal reasons - we are unable to accept returns and issue refunds for the following items:

1. Products that have use, including used merchandise of any kind, or merchandise missing original interior and exterior packaging contents2. Baby bedding products – bed sheets, mattresses, bumpers, linens, pillows, comforters, blankets, and the like3. Wooden cribs or bassinets, crib parts such as wooden extensions or the like, and furniture4. Custom furniture and special order items6. Shipment fees that you paid in your order, including any expedited shipping fees

A special note regarding wooden merchandise and furniture: Wooden cribs, crib parts and furniture products are not returnable. All furniture products we carry are made by reputable manufacturers and all include manufacturer's warranty from defects (as detailed on the specific product page). Please feel free to contact us if you'd have further questions.

We are proud to sell products from reputable manufacturers, who carry manufacturers’ warranties for one or more years. Each product’s warranty is listed within the product description. If you believe the product received is defective, we are happy to facilitate a discussion with the manufacturer for a resolution or replacement, within the manufacturer’s warranty period. We are not liable for damage caused by improper use.

To return a purchase, simply submit your request for a Return Authorization Number. We will provide a reply within 3 business days. Once your return is received, we will process your return, and we will email you with details of the processed return within 5 business days. You may submit a return request in one of two easy ways:

We require the merchandise to be returned brand new, with all of its original packaging including product manuals, registration cards, and interior and exterior packaging contents. Return labels are not provided, and are handled by the customer directly with your carrier of choice.

Items returned outside of these terms, and packages refused upon delivery, are subject to a restocking fee between 20% and cost of product, depending on extent of use or damage.
