Shipping and Handling Charges

The shipping fee will be calculated at checkout and prior to placing the order. Shipping rates and policies may change at the discretion of BisonFurniture.

Merchandise that is shipped using a freight carrier (such as furniture, boards, and other oversized or heavy goods) are “curbside” delivery only, meaning that the carrier delivers items to the curb. You will be responsible for moving your furniture into your home or business. If your business has a dock access to accommodate a trailer, the delivery will be made to the dock.

Shipping Territory

BisonFurniture ships only within the contiguous United States (48 states). We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, PO Boxes, APO or FPO addresses, or internationally.

Estimated Shipping Time

Estimated delivery time of each item is provided in the product description or shopping cart. Please note transit times generally do not include weekends or holidays and deliveries usually occur on business days. Freight items will generally be delivered within the period listed in item’s description. You will be contacted by the Common Carrier to arrange a date and/or window of time for delivery (please make sure the phone number you specified in order is correct and you can answer it during business hours). If you have not received your order within promised delivery time, please contact us.

Refused or Mis-delivered Shipments

If, for any reason, you refuse delivery of a package from us, or if it is undeliverable or you provided inaccurate address and delivery details (e.g. suite/apt number, phone number with no answer, or any other relevant information necessary to deliver successfully), your order will be returned to us entirely at your cost. You will not be eligible for a full refund. BisonFurniture will deduct (a) actual shipping charges, (b) return shipping charges, (c) a 15% restocking fee, and (d) any damage or diminution in value caused by in-transit shipping to/from your location.

Merchandise Damaged During Shipment

If a shipment arrives at your door with apparent shipping damage, please refuse the delivery. If you have already accepted delivery and then find shipping damage, please contact BisonFurniture immediately . Save all packaging material and paperwork. If you attempt to return the merchandise to BisonFurniture without prior authorization, you will jeopardize our chances of making a claim, and you may not receive credit for the return.

BisonFurniture’s Limited Warranty

BisonFurniture offers a 30-day limited warranty that the products it sells will be free of defects. Some products might also have a manufacturer’s warranty. The warranty period and conditions vary depending on the manufacturer and the product. If you experience problems with an item purchased from us within the 30-day return window, please reach out to us directly for assistance. Otherwise, please consult the manufacturer’s warranty, if any.

Customer’s remorse returns

You have thirty (30) days from the date of delivery to return merchandise, subject to BisonFurniture’ express authorization and to the following conditions:

•You must contact us within seven (7) days of delivery to explain the reason for the return, provide evidence, and to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (“RMA”). No returns will be accepted without a valid RMA.

•Unless we agree otherwise, the merchandise must be in its original condition, as a complete set (exactly as purchased), not installed or assembled, in the original, unopened and undamaged packaging with cellophane, seals and barcodes untouched. We reserve the right to refuse returns if, upon inspection, any returned item or packaging does not meet all eligibility criteria.

•Unless we agree otherwise, a 15% restocking fee will apply.

•Unless we agree otherwise, you will also be responsible for the full cost of returning the item to the address provided by us.

•Items shipped to wrong addresses or without an RMA number will not be considered for a refund and will be refused.

How to Request Authorization to Return Merchandise

To make a return request, please contact us and provide the following information:

•Your name and email address;

•Order number;

•Item(s) and quantity you wish to return;

•The reason for return.

If your request is approved, we will email you return instructions, including an RMA number and return address within 24 business hours of receiving your request. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the shipping label. Do not write on the product packaging.

To process your refund we require a return tracking number as proof of delivery.

We are not responsible for loss or theft before the merchandise is in our possession. For valuable items, we suggest that you insure them to cover replacement costs in case the package is lost in transit. Please allow up to 14 business days for our warehouse to process your returned merchandise.

Return of damaged, defective, incorrect items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, we offer free warranty replacement parts and full unit replacements (if parts are not available). However, we will accept a return of the merchandise and issue a refund, subject to these conditions:

•If order is damaged, defective, incomplete, or wrong you must contact us within seven (7) days of delivery to explain the reason for the return and provide evidence:

•Provide photos or videos depicting the issue(s),

•Describe the problem (include part numbers if possible),

•We will ship you replacement parts free of charge. If we cannot replace the parts, our carrier will pick up the original package and we will send you a full replacement.

•If replacement options are refused by you, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization number (“RMA”). No returns will be accepted without a valid RMA.

•Unless we agree otherwise, the merchandise must be in its original package, as a complete set (exactly as purchased. We reserve the right to refuse returns if, upon inspection, any returned item or packaging does not meet all eligibility criteria.

•Unless we agree otherwise, a 15% restocking fee will apply.

•Unless we agree otherwise, you will also be responsible for the full cost of returning the item to the address provided by us.

•To process your refund, we require a return tracking number as proof of delivery.

IMPORTANT: You must retain the original packaging until you have inspected the contents! Original packaging is needed in case the item is damaged/defective/incorrect.

Refunds

Allow 14 business days for refunds. Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment you used to purchase the item(s). For example, if you used credit card A, refund will only be issued to credit card A. We cannot refund to credit card B, send a check, or issue credit to a different account.

Non-Returnable Merchandise

BisonOffice does not accept returns of the following items:

•Dated products such as: calendars, appointment books and organizers, desk and desk pad calendars, and wall calendars and planners;

•Personalized Items;

•All toner cartridges and drum units;

•Hygiene and consumable products (food, beverages, cleaning supplies, pharmaceuticals and paper);

•Computer software;

•Opened box computers (desktop, laptop, tablets);

•Some electronic items;

•Items Marked Non-Returnable (clearly indicated on the sale page before placing your order).

These products will only be accepted in the event of clear evidence of a manufacturer's defect or material error on our part.

No Responsibility for Unauthorized Returned Merchandise

Under no circumstances will BisonOffice be responsible to pay for shipping costs or freight bills for merchandise being returned by a customer without prior written authorization. Delivery will be refused.
