DELIVERY METHODS & COSTS

Orders will be mailed to the recipient via a tracked service. Equell offers free standard shipping (2-3days) on all orders throughout the UK. Express service is available at an additional cost of £4.95 per order. Equell will not be responsible for refunds of any shipping costs incurred by the customer for purchase or return.

DELIVERY

We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. If normal conditions apply, orders placed before 1pm will be dispatched the same day (working days only) and orders placed after 1pm will be dispatched the next working day. If the time between order and dispatch will exceed 3 working days, you will be notified by email.

Generally, delivery takes 2 working days however in some cases may take up to 7 working days. We are unable to replace lost shipments until 10 days after dispatch. Please note that shipments cannot be delivered to post box addresses. We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure conditions or indirect damages caused due to delays.

ORDER TRACKING

Equell will provide a tracking number via email once an order has been dispatched. In order to receive this email, it is important the email address ' info@equell.co.uk ' is whitelisted in the inbox of the buyer. Tracking numbers can be used to independently track an order.

Damaged Goods

If there is any damage to your parcel this must be reported to us within 48hrs of receipt. Please retain the product and packaging for our inspection and notify us by emailing info@equell.co.uk

Equell will gladly accept returns for items that are in an 'as new' condition provided you notify us within 14days of receipt. The items must be new in condition and appearance and free from damage, hair and dirt. Items must have been purchased directly from us. Should the customer wish to cancel an order within 14 days of purchase, a refund will be issued to the customer.

RETURNS PROCESS

Before sending an item back for return, be certain that the item is free from damage, dirt and hair and in a resalable condition.

•Be certain that the item was purchased within the last 14 days.

•Be certain that the item was purchased directly from equell.co.uk

•Email info@equell.co.uk to get a Returns Number

•Items that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

•We recommend selecting a shipping method that includes a tracking number.

•Include a brief explanation of your return, including a copy of the invoice or invoice number and your Return Number.

•Equell will not pay for return shipping unless the goods were faulty. You will be issued a refund for the value of purchase only.
