Standard Shipping

We have flat shipping rate to most Australian addresses of $20.00. This has recently risen due to Australia Post cost increases and the average size of items purchased taking most shipping costs way over our previous rates. The Flat Shipping rate for Queensland, Western Australia and Northery Teritory is $30. Australia Post have a distance calculation for all parcels over 5kg therefore we have had to instutue this higher rate even though some parcels will be under that weight. This rate is to cover all packaging and labour so its not just the Australia Post price you see on the label.

Becasue we have such a diverse range of products this is only method we can use to calculate shipping. If you are interested in purchasing something small we understand that the actual shipping cost might be way less than our Flat Shipping rate. If so then please email us before ordering and we may be able to set up a special shipping rate.

This does not include items that are labelled at Large or Heavy. These items will be shipped at a flat rate of $32.00 or $42 for WA, QLD and NT. If you combine items you can get to a point where it will be labelled as Super Heavy and will be charged at $50 or $60 for WA, QLD and NT. This only occurs when you add several large items and we have to probably send in two or more packages.

We do not ship internationally currently unless by special arrangements. Please email yarra_fun@canningarts.com.au if you wish to discuss sending internationally. Items will not be shipped unless prior arrangements made. If you select Special Overseas Shipping at checkout and have not made prior arrangements any refunds may be less any transactions fee we occur (eg Paypal fees)

Customer details such as Name, Address and Phone number will be supplied to Australia post for shipping.

Click and Collect

We have FREE "Click and Collect" service so you can shop online and just pickup instore. During normal operations click and collect is available during any of our normal trading hours. We have had to remove this option from the checkout page due to the numbers of customers requiring shipping but selecting "Click and Collect". If you wish to purchase "Click and Collect" please email or phone us and we will make arrangements for you to do that.

Home Delivery. (Not currently available)

We offer No Contact Free home delivery at certain times (not always available). You will find the times/dates that are available listed at the checkout. You can select one of these times at the shipping selection page if they are available. Non contact home delivery will be limited to a certain number of orders in any time slot and will be withdrawn after those numbers are filled. Home delivery will only be available in the area that we define as Local as shown in the red shaded areas on the map below. Please do not select home delivery outside these areas. Home delivery will be contactless and will be left outside the front door. A minimum purchase of $50 is required to have home Delivery. If you pay via Paypal then transaction fees will not be refund if you select home delivery and cancel order or order outside the home delivery zone noted on the map below.

Home delivery will not include any Camp Site, Motel, Caravan Park or any other temporary dwelling in this area. We may make exceptions to this rule but only with prior consultation and agreement with Yarrawonga Fun and Games. We may deliver to places outside the zone below for a charge and only with prior arrangement with Yarrawonga Fun and Games

NB: These terms will not overwrite any rights you have under Australian Consumer law.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Perishable goods such as food cannot be returned.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Items that as shrink wrapped and plastic wrapped and that have been opened can not be returned. Cardboard box items that have been opened can not be returned.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at yarra_fun@canningarts.com.au. Do not send item back without return approval. Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
