Standard delivery is for delivery the next working day.

All orders placed and paid for by 3pm Monday to Friday and 11.30am on Saturdays (excluding Bank Holidays) are dispatched that day.

All delivery methods are fully tracked.

Items are sent with DPD, Parcel Force or Royal Mail

Highlands and islands may take an additional day

How long do I have to return my item?

You may return your item within 60 days of the day of delivery.

What can I return?

Any item that is new, unopened, and still has tags attached/original packaging.

How do I return my item?

•Name

•Delivery Address

•Order number (found in your order emails)

•Reason for the return

•Pack the item up as received including a copy of the note ( please include the details as a note and not written on the packaging as this can be covered by additional carrier labels in transit )

My item is faulty/defective?

We are sorry to hear there is an issue with your order.

Please send an email over to hello@aspenofhereford.co.uk , letting us know if you would prefer a replacement or a refund and we will get it sorted for you!

When will I get my refund?

All refunds are processed in 2 working days of delivery of the item.

Can I exchange for another item?

We are not able to offer exchanges, please return your item as detailed above for a refund and place an order for the new item.
