What if my product is damaged?

If you deem your item faulty or not in good working condition within the first week from purchase, you are welcomed to visit our humble abode to do a one to one exchange anytime during our operating hours on weekdays.And yes, we never fail to deliver 100% customer satisfaction! I have just ordered online. Can I amend or cancel it?

Once an order has been placed and paid for, the item(s) will be reserved for you and hence we are unable to amend an order once it has been submitted; this includes changing the size/colour of an item, removing an item, changing the delivery address or any payment methods.

Notes:

(1) We reserve the right to accept exchange requests on a case-by-case basis.

(2) We will not be responsible for any lost of item(s) during the return of the item(s) by normal mail.

(3) Exchanges must be made for items of equal or lesser value.
