Shipping Costs

We offer free standard shipping on all orders — no hidden fees, no surprises. Any applicable import duties or taxes for international orders are described below.

Where We Deliver

Our primary markets are the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand. We also ship to a number of additional countries, including most of Europe (EU, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland), Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, Israel, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates. All available destinations are shown in the country selector and at checkout.

Where Your Order Ships From

Depending on the product and your delivery location, orders are dispatched from one of our international fulfillment warehouses, including warehouses in Asia. This allows us to offer free shipping worldwide. Please note that returns are shipped to the address provided with your return authorization, which may be an international address — see our Return Policy for details.

Order Handling Time

Processing window: orders are typically prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday).

Daily cut-off: orders placed before 5:00 PM (GMT+1) are handled the same business day; later orders are processed the next business day.

Non-processing days: we do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Carriers, customs processing, and peak periods can occasionally cause delays. If your order seems delayed, contact us and we'll look into it right away.

Duties and Import Taxes

For orders shipped outside the United States, import duties, customs fees, and local taxes (such as VAT or GST) may apply depending on your country's regulations and the order value. Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer and are collected by the carrier or local customs authority upon import.

Shipping Method and Tracking

We work with trusted carriers such as DHL and FedEx. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number — enter it on our Order Tracking page to follow your shipment in real time.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

Damaged on arrival: contact us within 14 days of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice — in line with our Return Policy.

Lost orders: if tracking shows no movement or your order goes missing, contact us right away and we'll investigate with the carrier and make it right.

Address accuracy: please double-check your shipping details at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer; if a package is returned to us for this reason, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment.

Return Window

You can return your order within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

Conditions

•Items must be unused, in their original condition, with all tags attached and in the original packaging.

•Proof of purchase (your order number or confirmation email) is required.

•For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept towels that have been washed or used, unless they are defective.

How to Start a Return

Email us at contact@onuia.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Photos are helpful if the item is damaged or incorrect.

Receive your return authorization. We'll reply with a return authorization and the return shipping address and instructions. Please wait for this before shipping anything back — unauthorized returns may not be accepted or may delay your refund.

Ship the item back using a tracked shipping service. Keep your tracking number until your refund is complete.

Return Shipping Costs

Change of mind / no longer needed: return shipping is paid by the customer.

Defective, damaged on arrival, or incorrect item: we cover the return — we'll provide a prepaid return label or refund your reasonable return shipping costs, and you can choose between a free replacement or a full refund.

Refunds

•Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you the approval status within 10 business days.

•Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the refund.

•If you haven't seen your refund within 10 business days of our confirmation email, check with your bank first, then contact us and we'll investigate.

Exchanges

We offer free exchanges for defective or incorrect items. If a replacement has the same issue, we'll issue a full refund instead. For a different size or color, the fastest route is to return the original item (per this policy) and place a new order.

Order Cancellations

Need to cancel or change an order? Email contact@onuia.com as soon as possible. We can cancel or change any order that hasn't yet been processed for shipment. Once an order is being processed or has shipped, we can no longer cancel it — but you can return it under this policy after delivery.

Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights or guarantees you have under the laws of your place of residence — including the Australian Consumer Law, the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, and the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015. If a product fails to meet an applicable statutory guarantee, the remedies provided by those laws apply in addition to this policy.

EU, EEA & UK customers: you additionally have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason. Return shipping is at your cost, and we will refund all payments (including standard delivery costs) within 14 days of receiving the goods or proof of return. Our 30-day return policy applies on top of this right, never instead of it. See our Terms of Service for full details.
