We want every customer to be satisfied with their order, which is why we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us at support@pokerchipkings.com to set up a return so we can provide you with return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization.
Customers are responsible for return shipping. Shipping fees for returned orders will not be refunded. Returns are accepted for unopened items only. The product must be resalable and in the same condition you received it. We will not accept any items that were damaged during return shipping.

The edges typically smooth out and look normal with gameplay over time. While these blemishes may be more noticeable initially, they fade with regular use.
