When Will My Order Ship?

In-stock items will normally ship from our warehouse or a supplier's warehouse within 2-3 business days of your order. The carrier takes it from there. Most in-stock items are delivered within 10 business days of order placement.

Please check with us regarding the stock status of an item, even if the website states it is in-stock. Fill out the form at Contact us with a list of item numbers and quantity needed to request availability.

Return Instructions

Please contact us before shipping any merchandise back to us. You must contact STEMfinity within 15 business days of receiving your product to request a return. Return instructions may vary depending on your specific situation.

Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) Number. This number is required to ensure your return is processed efficiently. STEMfinity must receive your returned item(s) within 10 business days of the RA Number being issued. Returns received after this timeframe may be refused, and the RA Number will become null and void.

Packaging Requirements

Please repack the merchandise in the original box in which it was received. Use adequate packing material to protect the item during transit and securely seal the box with packing tape.

All returned items must be:

•Shipped postage prepaid and insured by the customer.

•Returned in the original, unopened packaging.

•Include all original parts, accessories, manuals, and other written materials.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 72 hours.

Unless the returned item is determined to be defective, any original shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise authorized by STEMfinity.

Refunds, repairs, and/or replacements will be provided when STEMfinity determines that an item is defective. In some cases, a return fee may also apply. Please contact us if you would like to request a refund, repair, or replacement.

Restocking & Damage Fees

Depending on the circumstances, approved returns may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Additional fees may apply for products that are:

•Damaged

•Missing the original box or packaging

•Missing parts, accessories, manuals, or other included contents

The amount of any product damage fee will be determined by STEMfinity after inspection.

Non-Returnable Items

All curriculum and book sales are final and non-refundable. Because these materials are easily duplicated, STEMfinity does not accept returns of any curriculum, books, or other written materials.
